As described

The property was as described and the check in process was smooth. Luis, was very communicative and quickly addressed our concerns (e.g., re: shared parking space with upstairs tenants). We were able to take the PATH train into NY City from the Hoboken station (10-15 minutes from the apartment) and the drive into NY City (e.g., Times Square) took about 30-35 minutes (approx. 3 miles) due to traffic. Overall, good experience.

Aniva was an excellent guest, had pleasant and fluid communication and left my apartment in excellent condition. Totally recommended for other guests.
