The place was exactly like the pictures it was great! Judee is extremely helpful and detailed with all of her directions to get in. Great location with easy to access to public transportation! Would stay here again!

JudeeThank you for sharing your house with us. We have been traveling for a while and we got to say that your house is outstanding compared to to many places where we have been. It’s the little things that make a huge difference:- The extra toilet paper- The kitchen fully loaded with everything- the k-cups for the keurig- enough towels for everone- soap, shampoo and conditioner- spotless apartment, couldn’t be cleanerWe don’t know what else to highlight because there is loving care for your apartment and your customers.If we had to grade you 1 through 10; you would get a 12.

Cute place

The neighborhood was safe, the home was very clean and nicely decorated and we had everything we needed. The property manager was very helpful and responsive. Only thing was the home has lots of stairs. That was difficult in everyone especially with knee problems. Getting into the.city took 30mins- 1 hr depending on the time of day. Ubers ran 30-95 per trip depending har far into the city. We also took an uber to the ferry station and took the ferry Across and we also took the path. This place is perfect for a group or family. That doesn’t need to go into the city a lot and does well with going up and down stairs.

Good option with easy access to NYC

Property was exactly as described. Very clean, plenty of towels and everything else needed for our stay. Kitchen was nice and had all we needed for breakfast/coffee/tea before we left for the day. The master bedroom is truly huge with the sitting area, though we gave the kids that room since there are two beds in there. Nice TVs in the living room and master bedroom with Netflix and all the other apps installed, we signed into our youtubetv account while we were there. We didn't spend a ton of time in the unit other than to rest up before heading into the city. PATH train station is 5-10 minutes away and it's an easy train ride into the Manhattan, either to WTC or 33rd St near the Empire State Building. Parking at the train station is about 25 for a full day. The neighborhood around the house felt safe, I only deducted a star from that because parking is on the street only and most nights we did have to drive around a little bit to find a spot, but we always found one no more than one block away. Just make sure not to block a driveway when you park and you'll be fine.

First and foremost Judee responded within an hour which was excellent compared to other VRBOs we've stayed at in the past. There was an issue with the listing that stated a balcony was at the location. It was not an issue with us but I reported this and it was removed in an hour. Thank you. I also mentioned adding something about multiple steps for older renters or renters with bad knees, like us, and they said they would look at updating this for their customers. One issue was we rented this apartment because the location on VRBO showed it was near our son's apartment off of New York Avenue and SouthWest Hoboken. However the actual location is closer to JFK Boulevard, deep in the Jersey City Heights area. Being close to our son was important for this trip and this was disappointing. I did let Judee know and she said they would look at updating this in VRBO. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed: coffee pods, dishes, detergents, vacuum, broom, etc... heater and AC worked great because it snowed and didn't get above 30 degrees during our 5 day trip. The only issue was the location. Other than the location the apartment was excellent.

Weekend à NewYork

Très bel appartement, bien aménagé, beaucoup de commodités, lits confortables, on s'y sent rapidement à la maison. L'hôtesse répond rapidement à nos demandes et nous a recommandé des bons restos.On a apprécié le chant des oiseaux le matin en prenant notre café. Stationnement facile dans la rue. Trafic pour se rendre à NewYork, durée en transport en commun ou Über supérieur à 40 minutes nous a plus ou moins dérangées. Mais l'ensemble de notre séjour a été très agréable. Nous y retournerions sans hésitation. avec unen prenant notre café
