This house worked great for our family. The location is great you can easily walk or bike to the beach. The hot tub is more of an addition to the pool as it is the same temp. It’s located on a very quaint and quiet street with very little traffic. Shopping is near by if needed. I would recommend maybe bringing some of your own towels and wash clothes there is not a huge supply. I would recommend and definitely stay here again.

Great Five Star Home - 15 minute walk to the Beach

We had a wonderful stay at this Manasota Beach vacation rental during March and April! The location was perfect—we walked to the beach every day and enjoyed swimming in the pool twice a day. The spacious four-bedroom home was ideal for hosting visiting family members from Canada, and the 50-minute drive to Sarasota Airport made pickups easy. It was a relaxing, comfortable, and memorable getaway that we truly enjoyed!

We enjoyed our stay in every way! This home is so close to Manasota Beach (our favorite)! After getting back from the beach we were in the pool for hours! The inside of the whole house was immaculate. Have rented from TMI many times! Wonderful service and wonderful people!

Family time

The propery itself was awesome! There was plenty of room for 7 of us and the lanai was nice and large. There was an issue with the pool but Leslie did a great job staying on it to get it fixed. I would recommend a new cleaning company. I did not think it was as clean as other VBROs I have rented.

Nice place

We enjoyed the area and beaches! The house is nice everything you need for cooking and very comfortable beds and blankets. Hot tub wasn’t hot and only one jet would come on but it was so hot outside we didn’t want to use it so i didn’t contact the owner but for future reference might need to check it. The pool was fun and outdoor furniture was very nice and comfy. We enjoyed the house very much for our family needs. Great area! Thank you for having us!

Wonderful vacation

Lovely home, spacious, great location, quiet and private. Pool is awesome! We did a lot of cooking and kitchen was well furnished, grill worked very well. Nice to have a garage for vehicle. Had a little trouble getting into the lock box for key but we managed finally. Clothes dryer took forever, needs to be upgraded. Location to beach was fantastic, very short drive. Restaurants were fairly close, this home is not located in an area where walking is an option but privacy was great! Would definitely stay here again. Lesley responded to emails promptly and very easy to communicate. Had a great time!!

Beautiful Home and Location

Absolutely beautiful home with everything you need. Perfect location just a few minutes ride to Manasota Key Beach for sunning, shark tooth hunting and breath taking sunsets. Loved the enclosed pool area, spent a lot of time enjoying meals in the seating area, fans keep you nice and cool. Lesley is the best host you could ask for, quick to answer questions and so helpful. She is top notch in our books.

Englewood FL stay

Trash cans and recycle cans in garage were filthy and smelly. Clutter in garage; fishing poles/hooks entangled with pool noodles, etc. Master dresser draw falling apart. Master shower needs cleaning/bleaching and grouting. Master shower knob screws were loose. Master Vanity doors/hinges loose. Master bed linens clean, yet extremely worn. Jacuzzi pool jets not working. House a/c temp only allowed to 78 F??? Outdoor sconce bulbs - several were blown. Swimming pool underwater lites were blown. Kitchen utensils unclean upon arrival. Trash / litter in backyard. BBQ grill nook area filthy; grease, splatter, drippings, etc. Pool patio needs power wash. Leather couches in poor condition, severely worn.

Sorry to receive only 3 stars as we try to keep all homes looking great for guests. It was an extremely busy summer which is not an excuse. I just wish you had let us know some things were not right and we could have quickly rectified. The pool light switch is in a strange place, the jets do work and are controlled by a switch in box - we gladly show guests how to use. With all the summer rains decks get dirty fast and we have pressure washed it - we do every three months. Setting ac at 78 is only a guide - you could have turned it up or down to be comfortable. We have replaced the sofas - sorry they were on back order. I do hope you will come back to one of our homes again and we can make it up to you. Again I apologize as we like to get higher stars and we like guests to love their stay Thank you for the imput

A great family retreat!

All went well. Was a bit disappointed that there was no toilet paper. Paper towels, no top sheets on beds. So getting in late at night and having to go shopping wasn’t the greatest. But otherwise the house was clean and neat . Visitors guides were most helpful as were the restaurant listed in you book. Didn’t realize that there was garbage left in the garage until we left that had been left there. Some pillows were on top of the van so I thought it was garbage. All in all we hope to rent from you in the future. Thanks for everything!

Enjoyable stay

My family enjoyed this property. It was well e-quipped, clean, and comfortable. The check-in process was super easy as was communication with the owner. We had a problem with one of the fans in the bedroom working. We contacted the owner and it was replaced right away. The house is a bit farther from the beach than we wanted to walk, but it was a very easy, quick drive. I was hoping to have some bikes so that we could use them to ride to the beach, but the bikes that were there were both inoperable as the both had flat tires. I really liked that the neighborhood is quiet and secluded. It provided an enjoyable evening stroll. I loved all of the flora and fauna to be found in the neighborhood.

I knew from my communication with Lesley before we arrived that we had chosen the right place to stay on our vacation! She was extremely accommodating and was quick to respond when we had questions. Great house layout!

We loved our stay at this house for the end of December. The layout was perfect so everyone could have their own space but then meet back in center of the house in the open floor plan for meals, hanging out and having fun. Heated pool and hot tub are a must for us in December as there can be some cold days and nights.
