Siesta Key beach, which has been consistently rated as one of the top beaches in the world, is a 20 minute drive.

Guests can boat, kayak, paddleboard, or fish from the private boat dock. Kayaks and a paddle board are available for guest use with a signed liability waiver, which is part of the rental agreement. The Gulf of Mexico and Intracoastal waterway are both readily accessible by water with no bridges. Nearby golf courses include Calusa Lakes, Jacaranda West, Bobby Jones, Boca Royale, Capri Isles, Sarasota National, Heron Creek, Lakewood National, Village Green, and many others. The area has many nice biking routes and the nearby Legacy Trail is recommended for biking, roller blading, running, and walking. There are also equestrian facilities nearby and Benderson Park, the world class rowing facility, is an easy 20-30 min. drive.

This home has been totally redesigned and renovated by an internationally recognized architect. The home is completely furnished with comfortable furniture, 60" high-definition smart TV, and many amenities, including WiFi. Guests can enjoy the solar-heated pool and dine on the screened lanai while watching the beautiful sunsets over the bay. A gas grill is also available. This home is well stocked and very comfortable for families, multi-families or as a corporate rental.

This location is easily accessible to Sarasota airport (35 min drive), Tampa (1 hr. 15 min), or Ft. Myers/Southwest Regional (1 hr. 15 min) airports. Orlando attractions are an easy 2 hour drive away.
