We had a lovely time staying here. The highlight was watching the ocean from the front porch. It was nice to be able to walk to town and be close driving distance to beautiful beaches. I wasn't able to give five stars because the front door was difficult to close, we wished the house had been properly cleaned before our arrival (we found belongings from prior renters), and we wished there was a smart TV so we could have logged into our streaming apps.

We loved our time at Margie’s Place. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed or the host quickly ordered and sent it. We spent mornings enjoying ocean views on the porch, afternoons at local beaches, and evenings at local restaurants or cooking up dinner (sometimes lobster) at home. Even rainy days were beautiful. The town and the home are older, charming, and provide a relaxing stay.

Our stay at Margie's Place in Brant Rock was a wonderful experience! The ambience and charm of this property is outstanding. The front veranda offered us a fantastic view of the harbor and a great experience to chat with passersby, watch the seals and sea birds, and enjoy our cocktails. We could walk to all venues and we heartily recommend the Fairview Grille. It is just a couple of doors down. The kitchen is very well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the AC splits that kept us well cooled in the 90 degree heat. We love the outdoor shower! It gave us an additional shower to the one in the upstairs bathroom. With 6 adult women having a "Girls' Week-end" we could not have asked for a better Summer getaway. We were lucky to be a couple of doors down from another house where there was a joyful wedding reception. We danced on the aforementioned veranda to the happy music.I would recommend this property any group including families.Duxbury beach was the only time we had to drive anywhere and we strongly recommend the 10 minute drive to this beautiful beach. Just an FYI, parking is plentiful there and the walk from parking to water is pretty easy. Clear, and clean water with plenty of room on the beach.Patrick Condon was very responsive to all our questions.We hope to do this all over again in the future!

It was a great house with lots of character, everyone involved was great we had no issues at all, met many new friendly people and enjoyed lots of fresh seafood. There are many places to go and things to see, the seals were out every morning and are great company over cofffee... we had a great time and will always have fond memories of this time, we hopefully will make it out again, l would highly recommend a stay here to anyone looking for a perfect beach vacation!

This was a perfect location and space for us while visiting the area and extended family!

Rental and communication was easy and efficient. The house was as described and was exactly what we needed for our combined working and exploring and family time. Definitely recommend and would stay again!

Very relaxing stay on the ocean

Visit was for a celebration of life event and the house was in a perfect location. The front porch facing the ocean was icing on the cake. Will book again.

Beautiful property and location. Walking distance to a few restaurants. Nice marsh preserve area to enjoy! Daily seals in the water to watch. Nice dead end rd will minimal cars. Great for daily walks with the dog.

Perfect location, everything you need

Some extended family members and I stayed for the weekend, and there's not much more I can say other than it was perfect for us and had everything we needed. Would definitely go back.

Fall trip

This property was right on the ocean there was a market within walking distance several restaurants and a couple of quiet bars there was a family of seals that kept us entertained the whole weekend also!!!! We had a blast we have traveled all over and we like going to different spots this was actually the first time my wife said she would like to come back to the same spot
