Monteview Unit B is a beautiful condo for your St. John, USVI getaway. This spacious unit has vaulted ceilings, is fully air conditioned, and boast 2 full bathrooms & a full service kitchen that flows into the open dining and living room areas. There is a covered outdoor balcony and an expansive deck & pool area, perfect for watching spectacular views of the sun setting behind St. Thomas and the beautiful blue Caribbean Sea.

The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and private balcony with amazing views of the surrounding islands and beautiful blue waters. The 2nd bedroom has its own main porch access and the same captivating view. There is a fully stocked kitchen, and parking right outside the front door. For stays of 7 days or longer, there is a washer/dryer available for an additional fee.
Cruz Bay is only a 5 min drive away and the beaches only 7-15 mins (depending on which our many award-winning beaches) further making Monteview readily accessible by Taxi or with your own rental car.

Beautiful retreat

The house is perfect for privacy- especially for families that are running at different speeds. We napped our infant upstairs (which I swear is soundproof) while our 3yo ran grandma around downstairs with 3yo energy and we couldn’t even hear their chaos. The view is gorgeous from multiple areas from inside and outside the house. All the furniture, appliances, amenities, decorations etc are in great condition and clean! Would stay here again next time.

Fabulous place!

What a beautiful place this is! Very clean and new! Tamika was kind and always ready with an answer. She was great!!! The view was so special right out our bedroom sliding door. Sweet little porch. The large porch covered the bottom floor. Pool was beautiful! We didn’t bring children but the perfect pool for them!

Tamika is an outstanding host. She is always available! Her place is supplied for anything you’d need…cooking, beach time, and chilling outside and taking in the view. Amazing time in St John!

We felt very comfortable during our week stay at the property. Tamika was very receptive and communicative. When we had difficulty deciding which unit was ours, Tamika was there in a flash.The unit was clean and well appointed. The views and sunsets were gorgeous. The location was convenient and quiet at night. During the day, there is more traffic- loud at times. That was the only reason for 4 stars on the location. We would definitely stay there again though.

Great property

My husband and I took my parents to St. John for the first time in January. We were hesitant to stay at this property because there weren’t any reviews yet, but this place did not disappoint! The views were spectacular. The rental was clean. I cannot say enough positive things about Tamika. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Very quick response times from her and she’s very kind. The rental was fully stocked with kitchen and bathroom items. There were plenty of beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler. The location is great. Just a 5 min drive to down town cruise bay and about 15-20 min or so to beaches. We were very happy with our stay!
