We would like to invite you to spend your vacation in our newly renovated condominium on beautiful Panama City Beach!
This large Gulf-front condo (Over 1,400 sq ft) boast attractive hardware floors, cottage decor furniture, two bedrooms, sleeps six, and is located at the beautiful WATERCREST CONDOMINIUMS on Thomas Drive. The condominium has many amenities including FREE WIRELESS INTERNET, 50 inch Flat Screen TV with HBO, DVD, Flat Screen's in both bedrooms, fully-equipped kitchen, huge private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, king-size bed in the master, and two Queen-size beds in the second bedroom. NEW KITCHEN! With Granite/Quartz Counter-tops & Breakfast Bar! Comes with covered parking for one vehicle!

The resort has a large pool, kids pool, hot tub, workout room, Shuffleboard, Tennis, Pickle Ball, and jet ski rental (In Season).
The WATERCREST in located at the best family spot on the beach, close to the Bay, Saint Andrews Park, Schooners, Captain Anderson's, and many other attractions and restaurants. Several golf courses are also nearby.
We also have a great month-to-month rate in the winter. A cleaning fee per stay, parking pass, and tax applies. If you would like more information, or to check prices and availability, please let us know.
Attraction Information:
At the East end of the beach you have the waterfront headquarters that is home to legendary fishing fleets, pirates, pontoon boats, kayaks, jet skis, dive boats, and Florida's most visited state park not to mention the best golf courses in NW Florida, and the beautiful uninhabited Shell Island. You can also go tubing or parasailing, diving and snorkeling. Or play a round of miniature golf with the family before you ride the go-carts. It's all right here and much more. The marina is only a couple miles away where you can charter a deep sea fishing trip, Sunset Cruise, Pirate Cruise, or Shell Island Cruise, Dolphin Watching Excursion, or rent a pontoon boat and do your own exploring! There are several wonderful dining options at the Marina where you can watch the sunset as the boats come into dock. Pier Park is a 10 minute drive away and is a shopping, dining, and entertainment mecca. You can also go pier fishing and catch a free concert on the lawn. Dave and Buster's is at Pier Park and a large movie cinema among many other entertainment choices such as amusement rides, mazes, and laser tag. Panama City has ZooWorld, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World Marine Park, Wonderworks, Ripley's Believe It or to mention a few. For a wonderful day trip, St. Andrews State Park is located on the Gulf and is a perfect day trip about five minutes away by car. There are several entertainment establishments that feature Go Carts, Bumper Boats, Arcades, and Miniature Golf. We recommend you Google these establishments for detailed information on the sites that specifically interest you and your family.
