The unit was clean and comfortable . This was the 2 nd time we stayed there. We enjoy the short walk to the cute village for breakfast and dinners. We have family nearby and visit several times a year, this is so much better than a hotel!
Nothing fancy, but had everything I needed for a 3-night stay. Bed was really comfortable! The short walk into the adorable town makes this the perfect location. There are tenants in the building which I could occasionally hear, but it wasn't an issue for me and all was quiet at night for sleeping. I would definitely stay again when in the area
What you see in the photo is basically what you get. This place is all about location, with its proximity to downtown Glendora. It is an easy stroll to the downtown village.

Owners were very nice to work with. Property is in a safe and good neighborhood and very quiet. Very convenient to downtown Glendora and the freeway. Glendora hotels are old and not to good. This was workable and comfortable.
Lived in this area about 12 years ago. Hoped it still was the cute, safe area I remembered. Although it's grown, was happy to find it was still the charming town I loved. This is in the historic area of the city.
Found the property very clean. Small studio, perfect for my needs. Would stay again.
This unit is part of an Apartment (looks like a 3 car garage) that is on an alleyway very close (1 block) to downtown. The kitchenette met our needs (used only to make coffee) as we ate all of our meals out. The layout is straightforward and accurately depicted in the photos. I suggest they remove the desk or table and add more seating. The bed is a queen size and a change from the king my wife and I are used too. Bathroom was nice and hot water was quick to come on and long lasting. I cleaned the floor soon after arriving and found it was dirty. The owner was responsive and check in was easy. Overall, with a couple simple changes we would stay here again.
