This can be your family quote after visiting our condo centrally located to many of the main attractions!!! Set in neighborhood you and your family can leave your car parked for the week or adventure out daily to the nearby attractions. You will find our vacation home is very comfortable and will meet all of your needs. Awesome ocean view! This beautifully decorated condo includes a galley style kitchen (cooktop and microwave, no oven), flat screen in living room and bedroom, and free Wi-Fi. Bedroom includes two full size beds. Living room converts into bedroom at night with a Murphy bed. Sleeps 6 maximum. In the building there is 1 pool for guests to use and you are only steps to the beach where umbrella and chair rentals await. (Renovated in 2021)

Lock the doors and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No motorcycle, moped, golf cart or trailer parking allowed on property.
Use outdoor shower/foot wash to rinse off sand. Sand accumulation in drains/appliances may result in extra fees. No wet swimsuits/towels on furniture
Quiet hours: 10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m. Be respectful of neighbors and shared spaces. Follow all HOA/community guidelines posted on the property.
