Management was excelent. we had a issue with the hot tub first night there (fri) and they had to replace a pump had it done by 1 pm next day (sat). we had a great time the cabin was great. thabk yoy

Ponderosa in July

Loved the decor, enjoyed the hot tub best on cool mornings. Initially found ac set at 70° which is much too cold! Promptly turned it off as well as the fan at the bed and opened windows for the duration of our stay and were quite comfortable. The loft needs a small dresser however and the shower desperately needs a shelf! Overall, we loved it!
