Amazing one of a kind spacious house located on the East Branch of Delaware River. Over an acre riverfront property, ideal for spending very comfortable time in Catskills away from NYC, crowds and humidity. Ample of space indoor - 4 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms plus living room and kitchen with dining area. Covered and uncovered deck with a die for view on the Delaware river and the hill on the other bank of the river. Kayaking rental facility is few minutes away, a lot of hiking trails around including Bear Spring Mountain Wildlife Area, unlimited fishing right from the property as well as from the Pepacton Reservoir, which is few minutes away as well. House is well stocked with all you might needed supplies. Bring only a few personal items and enjoy your Catskills getaway.
