Our family stayed here for Easter weekend. The house had absolutely everything we needed and more! We had so much fun fishing, swimming, kayaking, grilling, and hanging out around the firepit. It was a beautiful, relaxing weekend. We would definitely stay here again!
Here’s a polished, enthusiastic review you could post:This was by far the nicest camp we have ever rented at False River. The property was beautiful, exceptionally clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a wonderful stay. What truly set this rental apart, however, was Brandy. She was incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating from start to finish. She treated me less like a renter and more like a good friend, which made the entire experience feel so welcoming and personal. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests and takes great pride in providing an outstanding experience. I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, first-class stay on False River.Thank you, Brandy, for your hospitality and for making our trip so memorable! This version feels warm, genuine, and memorable while highlighting both the property and Brandy’s hospitality.
Every thing about this place is perfect! Super clean. Lots of added little extras like sweet treats, coffee syrup, even air freshener in bathrooms. It was awesome having a Keurig coffee bar in upstairs primary bedroom so you could step out to screened patio and enjoy the morning without having to go downstairs. Things you will want to bring: firewood, poker for fire, sticks for roasting hotdogs & marshmallows, large trash bags for outdoor patio trash can, life jackets for using supplied kayaks, fishing poles & fishing license if fishing from the pier There is a convenience store (LA Express) very near by & great daiquiris there too We can’t wait to return.

Thanks so much for the great review. I’m glad y’all enjoyed the extras! I do stock fire poker, roasting sticks and 2 large trash bags for downstairs. I will double check that these items are still stocked, thank you for bringing this to my attention. The other items should be listed to bring in my VRBO write up, I will confirm that as well. Thanks again and look forward to your return!
This is the first time we have stayed here but will definitely be back. It’s roomy and clean…amazing master suite …has great outdoor spaces…and they thought of everything. There are outdoor toys and lots of special details that made the stay wonderful

This was by far the best vrbo listing we have booked anywhere! Everything was super clean and had anything and everything for us! It was very nice to just relax and unwind! Would definitely recommend and book again!
We had a wonderful stay at this house on False River! The home was absolutely beautiful—clean, comfortable, and everything inside felt new and well taken care of. It was stocked with everything we needed, which made our stay so easy and enjoyable. The pier was perfect for relaxing by the water, and we loved taking advantage of the fun games and the cozy fire pit in the evenings. This house truly has everything you could want for a relaxing getaway. We can’t wait to come back!
I had the in-laws come into town for the weekend and this place was AMAZING!! A great place for all of us to come together and celebrate Mother’s Day! Highly recommended!!! We brought fishing pools and kept us busy the entire time.

We had a great time. The property was lovely and the house was very comfortable and beautiful. There were lots of welcoming touches. Great property. We had a storm while we were there and lost power, and the host contacted the power company and kept us informed about when the power would come back on.
Highly recommend. Great pier, great location, super clean. Spacious with plenty of beds. Property just as advertised on the listing. Easy communication with owner. No complaints
Stayed here as a home base for and LSU to see the boys and travel to the LSU game. Great location and the house was very well thought out. Ended up with more space than we needed! Brandy had everything lined up and we had more than everything we needed! We will be back!

Thank you so much for the sweet review! We look forward to having y'all back.
Wonderful home, lots of parking, beds, and spaces to gather. Fully stocked kitchen, cooked for 12, and didn't need to bring any utensils or cookware. Lots of outdoor games & fun, fishing, downstairs kitchen and prep area, and a great bathroom off the porch! Plenty of room to entertain. We will be back. Owner was very accessible and checked in to make sure we had what we needed. Only negative was the same negative we all over Louisiana- mosquitos and spiders, but they provided bug spray and a hose! Thanks!

Being on the water was great, and we had a great time fishing off the dock (caught lots of catfish)! We also enjoyed the kayaks and yard games! Your place made it easy to rest and relax! Especially the master bedroom! The kitchen was perfectly set up for cooking and baking! I am in love with that double oven!
This get away was exactly what we needed! We had a great time & we plan to come back soon!
Thanks again!
