This home was very clean, spacious and perfectly located for the function we were attending. The property owner was quick to respond to questions we had. We will definitely book this home again.
Pros…The home was super clean and welcoming and cozy. The primary suite bed was very comfortable. The location to town was very convenient. The owner responds very quickly to texts. The cons… The outdoor furniture was covered in cobwebs and spiders and you couldn’t sit on it. I had to go to the store to buy cleaning products to clean the chairs on the dock and wipe the table so we could use them. The kitchen needs a few more kitchen gadgets and utensils. Although I had been warned by the owner and signed the lease agreement stating I knew about them, the amount of cameras around the property made me feel a little like I was being watched at all times. Overall, we had a great time and I would recommend this home to others.

I fully understand that the dock furniture may have cobwebs and spiders; it is a challenge we have on the lake. There should have been a hose and brush to assist with that problem. You can ask anyone on the lake. You can clean one day, and the next day, you can have spider webs and duck poop on the dock. We clean up after our last guest, but it may be a week before the next guest arrives. It is just lake life.
As for the cameras, they are only on the outside of the building. The house is vacant at times between guests. We have to protect our property. We do look at the cameras daily. Only if we suspect a problem or if we feel the guest has more than 12 people on the property.
