Great place to base adventures around Moab very quiet and super dark for sleeping due to zero windows in this unit. Downtown is definitely a full 10 minute drive and this is mostly a small business warehouse District

This was such a great place with a great location. Close to so many things. We did Arches, Canyonlands (Island in the Sky & Needles districts), and even hit Mesa Verde from here. Tyler was awesome and very responsive. The place was fantastic!
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit felt brand new and was exceptionally clean, which immediately set the tone for a comfortable trip. The kitchen was well-stocked and allowed us to easily cook dinners and prep lunches for our days exploring. The bed was very comfortable, and the space overall was roomy and inviting.Although the laundry facility wasn’t inside the unit, it was just a short walk away and very cost‑friendly, which worked out perfectly. The location is south of town in a business park, but we didn’t mind – the drive to both Canyonlands and Arches National Parks was easy and manageable.Tip: If you can, try to book one of the units with a window. Being able to enjoy the amazing Moab weather, views, and cool breeze from the patios and porches makes the stay even better!We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights and loved it! Its two main downsides are that it's a good 10 minutes south of Moab and it doesn't have windows, but once you get past that, you get a phenomenal value for your dollar!Everything here is high-quality. You have two big tv's, and tons of counter and sitting space. The kitchen is more than fully stocked, so while I was there for my birthday, I made myself a cake. The upside to no windows is that the bedroom is very dark and I hence, slept great here (as opposed to other rentals I stayed in where the sunrise always woke me up prematurely). The bathroom is amazing! The shower is absolutely massive and the bathtub is nice and deep.My wife and I would highly recommend this place, especially considering how much you get for how little you have to pay.
I throughly enjoyed the condo. I had one of the three bedrooms with a patio. The view was spectacular. The hot tub looked nice but with the high daily temps I didn’t try it. All the furnishings, from the comfortable bed to the kitchen setup, were well thought out.
The owners were very responsive and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.
