Clean cute quiet. Next 2 beaches, golf food & fun Calabash seafood is 2 mi away!

This apartment is located on a quiet dead end street so there is no traffic or noise. I have added blackout curtains for those of us who like to sleep in on a king size bed. The kitchen is small but mighty so you will be able to cook, bake, air fry or microwave. There is a small deck out front where you can stargaze and be amazed at how clear the night sky is. Every week there are free outdoor concerts, market at the park, 4 miles from the beach, 2 miles from ICW boat landing and enough room in the yard to park your water toys, including a boat. There are great restaurants nearby such as Fibber McGees, Italian and Mexican not to mention Sunset Beach butts up to Calabash which is the seafood capital. Brunswick County is home to more than 30 championship golf courses. Not to mention Little River, SC is only 7 miles south and is home to The Blue Crab festival, Coopers Pub and so many great places to eat and shop. N Myrtle Beach is only 15 miles south and home to Barefoot’s Landing, water parks and more golf. Historic Southport and Wilmington NC is only 40 minutes north. These two gems make for the perfect day trip and so does Baldhead Island which is a ferry ride from Southport. There are so many great towns and beaches close by to make plans for a different road trip everyday you are here. And if it is peace and quiet you crave, look no further because this little gem has that covered too.

We loved tue proximity to Cherry Grove and Sunset Beaches, and of course Calabash. For us, the blackout curtains were great for mornings!

I highly recommend this property. It's very quite and clean. The location is awesome to the Sunset beach and North Myrtle. The host was very responsive. Easy check in and out. Nice set up for two people. I'll be back for sure.

A peaceful place! The accommodations were as described, comfy bed, nice shower and quiet place. We had family staying at Ocean Isle Beach so we spent time there visiting”, but looked forward to our quiet evenings and nights at our own little space. Thank you for sharing this place at your home. Amazing Stay!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here!!! The place was clean, organized, and also had a bunch of necessities that the host had left for us to use. The communication between us and the host was also amazing! She responded quickly and helped us with anything needed. Overall, this place was a 10/10 and we will definitely be back!!!!!

Hi. I’m Jancey, a 66 year old female from Fayetteville NC. Living here has been a lifelong dream of mine and I pinch myself every day. I was a Goodyear factory worker until I retired then turned my attention to flipping houses for 20+ years. This house, I now call home is the last one I turned from uninhabitable to magical, with the help of my son. My apartment upstairs is where he has lived for 6 years. He recently married so now the apartment is a vacation place for other people to enjoy. I love being a host and I’m always happy to hear any feedback on what I can add to make this space even better. If there is anything at all you need during your stay, I will do my very best to make it happen. Please come stay a while. Life is short! Enjoy the beach ♥️

Why they chose this property

I wanted a fixer upper to make my own and retire at Sunset Beach. This area is just a mile from intracoastal waterway, SB Park and 4 miles from Sunset Beach. It’s on a dead end street so there is no speeding down the road. It’s not unusual to see deer in my yard or a raccoon at my bird feeder. I have 2 sets of cardinals and Eastern bluebirds who love hanging around not to mention that I can sit on my porch and watch fireflies at dusk. I think this place is magical and I think you will too.
