Relax with the whole family or room share with friends. Whether you are coming for a wedding at Five Gables (3 min down the road) or Howe Farms (6 minutes away) this is your perfect stay. Fully refurbished and upgraded, classic farmhouse with plenty of room. 3 nice size bedrooms, and with 3 bathrooms, you should all have plenty of space to get ready. Beautiful views across the road to Dolly pond, and your friendly neighbors, 3 water buffalo?!? All this within 30 minutes of downtown Chattanooga.
The space
This is a nicely updated single level home with full kitchen, dinning room, living room, 3 bedrooms with Queen bed in each. 2 of the bedrooms have attached 3/4 baths. The main bath has a bathtub. There is a laundry area at the back of the house with room to set up the addition air bed (when requested at booking). There is a fireplace in this backroom that is not functional and blocked off. Please do not try to use it. If there are small children in your group, we do have a nice pack and play available.please request this at booking if needed.)

The only off limit area of the house is the fireplace and locked black supply cabinet, for the cleaners.***if additional guest show up, additional person and cleaning fees will be added. If gatherings are held at the property without prior approval, a $100 or more additional cleaning fee will be added.

Long Weekend Stay

Wedding weekend

The house was a perfect location, less than a mile from the wedding we attended. It was very clean and extremely comfortable! I highly recommend this property for anyone staying in the area!

Perfect location for our stay!

We were in town for a wedding at Howe Farms. This was a perfect location for interacting with the wedding party. I used the well equipped kitchen to prepare breakfast for the groomsmen.

We try to have everything you would need available, and yes it is so great hosting groups here for a wedding. 3-10 minutes away from both Five Gables and Howe Farms, it takes a lot of worries out of getting back and forth, and with 3 bathrooms, everyone has a place to get ready. 😊

Perfect location!

A group of us needed a place to stay for a wedding at Howe Farms, and this property was perfect! Incredibly convenient, clean, spacious, plenty of room for when we had 10 people getting ready before the wedding! The 3 bathrooms was amazing, the living area was perfect for hanging out in. Check in was a breeze, everything was explained perfectly through the app and we didn’t have to ask mark for any help with anything. The WiFi was plenty strong enough to connect to everyone’s devices. Overall I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for a place to stay for a wedding or even just looking for a getaway with some friends, this is the place for you.

Convenient to Howe Farm wedding venue and overall agood stay.

First off, this is super convenient to the wedding venue! It is a rural/remote area. We did not have any cell phone reception from Verizon or AT& T inside the home. If you went outside, you had limited access. I do wish, this had been disclosed in the description so that I would have been better prepared and thankfully I had WhatsApp or Signal app, but not everyone has these apps downloaded for Wi-Fi calling. The house was super clean. The bathrooms had been completely remodeled. Two bedrooms had an ensuite and the third had and unattached bathroom. All of the bathrooms were very large. All BR had full remodel , toilets are comfort height. All of the beds were also very comfortable. This is an older home and you can see in the pictures that the living room furniture is all antique. The couch and loveseat are not deep and they also sit low to the floor. They are not very comfortable.. I do understand the charm of the old house and the antique furniture but there also has to be some comfort and that was hard to find. The communication with Mark was excellent and he was extremely responsive. I also want to say, lacking of cell phone service is certainly not the fault of Mark. It just would have been nice to be made aware. The check-in and checkout process was super easy and all done remotely. The kitchen was well outfitted for daily needs Keurig coffee maker with K-Cups. Also a steam regular iron provided which was very helpful for the venue.

Hey Bruce, Thanks for the review. Sorry you experienced cellular shortfalls. Yes, there is little to no service from most carriers in that area. This is why I invested in a strong mesh WI-FI system that should give you strong coverage inside and outside the house. This is the first complaint I have heard on cell service, I assume due to the WiFi availability. I am glad, it sounds like, overall your stay went well. It was a pleasure hosting you.

We loved this house! Mark was an amazing host and always got back to me right away when I messaged him with any questions. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked (loved the coffee bar!), the bathrooms were well-stocked and clean, and the furniture was comfortable. Parking was plentiful. If you are planning a wedding at Howe Farms, snap this house up asap!

It was a pleasure hosting Vanessa and her group.Being minutes from the venue, It is the premier location for events at Howe Farms. Also a great base camp for all that SE Tennessee has to offer. So many things to see and do within an hours drive of the house. Also a great place to visit your kids at Lee University. Get them off campus for some family time. With the large kitchen and dinning area it makes a great spot to host Thanksgiving or Christmas away. Book now for an amazing trip. 😊
