Welcome to Chickamauga Lake in Chattanooga, TN! This property backs up to Dallas Bay and Chester Frost Park. Only minutes to downtown! Your Chattanooga vacation will be unforgettable with the ease and amenities offered by this comfortable lake side retreat. All of our guests will stay in luxury.

This home has 3 King Beds (ranging from memory foam, to a firm sleeper, depending on your preference), 2 Queens (one is a sleeper sofa) and 2 available air mattresses (a small one for kids/teens and one queen sized Intex Comfort for adults). The home also has two Living Areas, a Gourmet Kitchen, a Secondary Kitchenette, a large Dining area, Screened in Porch with outdoor seating, Hammock, Hot Tub, Fire Pit, Basketball Court, and a Dock! What's not to love? The expansive back yard stretches all the way to the water with plenty of room for outdoor entertaining and games or just room for kids to run. There is ample parking for cars, trailers, boats, etc. The backyard is also perfect for relaxing in hammocks by the lake, so feel free to bring your personal enos and hang them in the variety of trees that the backyard has to offer.

Walking distance to Chester Frost Park which is known for its amenities such as a Beach, 3 Playgrounds, Fishing, Camping, Boat Ramps, Tennis Courts, Volleyball and more! If you can bring yourself to leave, you are only a short drive to all Chattanooga has to offer including Rock City, Ruby Falls, The TN Aquarium, Children's Discovery Museum, Great Restaurants and more!

The house also comes equipped with 3 complimentary kayaks for your paddling enjoyment, as well as EPB Fi-Speed 1 GIG Wi-Fi, which provides lag free gaming and lightening fast buffer-free video streaming.

Less than 1/4 mile away from the lake house is Chattanooga’s newest summertime attraction, “Nooga Splash,” which is an inflatable, on-the-water obstacle course providing hours of fun for kids of all ages. It is conveniently located at the beach inside Chester Frost Park and hourly and/or daily passes can be purchased.

Really great property by the lake. We have stayed here multiple times and the owners have always been easy to work with and accommodating. The property is beautiful and we enjoy the outdoor eating area every day. Our kids enjoy the lake access and always have fun seeing deer in the back yard.

This Location was exactly what my family was looking for in a Thanksgiving vacation! Its an easy drive to Rock City but far enough out of the city to feel safe letting the kids run around in the spacious backyard. There's a walmart market just a few minutes from the house for groceries and the home had everything needed to cook a large family meal. The table fit all 10 of us adults and 2 kids. We enjoyed the hot tub and games. My neices put together a few of the house puzzels and my nephews enjoyed the firepit. The beds were very comfy and the host are the nicest! You won't regret this booking!

We love this lake home. The house is very nice and has a great outdoor eating space which we used daily. Plenty of space to spread out for our family of four. The kayaks were a great perk and we enjoyed exploring the lake. The kids really liked swimming off the dock. The water is not deep and perfect for wading. Owners were great and communication was easy.

Everything was great! There was lots of room for our family of 5 and lots of entertainment space for the additional 14 people we hosted for a Saturday Christmas dinner. The weather was so nice (for December) we left the sliding glass door open from the living room into the screened in porch. We availed ourselves of the provided cornhole game and in the evening had a great fire in the fire pit. The kitchen was spacious with plenty of room for all the 'cooks' who where preparing dishes for our pitch-in Christmas dinner. Everyone dubbed it "The Christmas House" and returned on Sunday for games and pleasant conversation. Heck, we would have used the provided kayaks as well except the lake was very low (standard winter time water level) and the dock you launch from was in the mud instead of in the water. The hosts were very attentive to our needs and there were lots of amenities within 5 minutes of the house in Lakeside. Food City for groceries and fire wood, New China Restaurant for carry-out chinese food. Did not have a chance to try the Mexican restaurant.

Great weekend stay!

This property was perfect for our weekend birthday trip! Lots of space, huge hot tub, hosts allowed us a later check out time to make sure we cleaned up well and I am so thankful for that! If you’re looking for space and a good view of the lake, this is for you!

We had a great time at this property, and had plenty of room to all be together indoors and outdoors! There was very cool weather while we visited, so the fire pit and hot tub were awesome features to be able to still spend a lot of time outdoors!

Summer Family

With half the family living in Florida and the rest in southern Wisconsin, we picked Chattanooga as a central meeting place and booked this lovely home on a lake close to all the attractions in the area. There’s plenty to do on property or mix it up a little with a trip to Ruby Falls or the Look Pit Mountaon incline railway. Great place to stay!
