Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please gather all used towels and place them in the clothes hamper.
Please gather all garbage, extra bags can be found under the sink, leave the bags in the kitchen. Load all dirty dishes into the dishwasher, pods can be found under the sink, and start.
Ensure that the garage door remote has been returned. Turn off all lights and AC units, and lock the doors as you depart.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parking in front of the garage or alleyway. Vehicles will be towed at owner's expense.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Loud parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited and enforced. Quite hours are 10PM to 8AM
Guests will be held financially responsible for damages or replacement of lost items, TV Remotes, Garage Remotes, or broken items.

My family and I came to Milwaukee in October and it was beautiful. The house is in a great location if you’re looking to walking around and see some stunning views. The house was great also! Easy check-in process and enough space and games for my family and I. I would definitely stay again and recommend.

We came to Milwaukee for a wedding with our little one and her grandparents and needed some space! The proximity to the lakefront and downtown was also great. Parking was a little challenging, but overall we loved our stay.

Awesome clean, place in a great neighborhood. You can tell the owner put a lot of time and effort into updating the place and cares about making guests feel welcome (free snacks). The place is spacious and an easy walk to Brady Street. We had a couple issues with the lighting and heat. Note, to get to one bedroom you have to walk through another bedroom. Overall, I highly recommend it.

Beautiful renovated house

We stayed at this property while we moved our son into his college dorm. The house is nicely decorated and has great updates in the bathroom and kitchen. Great proximity to campus, lots of good restaurants nearby, and lots of space for our family of 5 to relax at the house. It was great!

Great MKE Stay!

This is an awesome gem right off of Brady Street! We enjoyed one night here and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! The property was clean and had nice, updated amenities. We had plenty of room for our group to spread out. The terrace was a nice spot to hang out and soak in the neighborhood vibes. Lots of restaurants, bars and breweries within walking distance. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Milwaukee!
