This large 1 bdr apartment is located on the 1st/top floor (16 steps) in a historic building a stones throw from Spring Garden Rd. Walk to restaurants , bars, grocery, universities, museums etc. This is a very quiet and safe area of Halifax South, blocks from downtown hotels. The space offers an open concept fully equipped kitchen. All utilities, linens, internet, 4k TV, parking are included.

This beautifully renovated one bedroom second floor apartment, is ideally situated for professionals or a young family. You won’t be disappointed as this apartment is walking distance to all amenities. The space offers a hotel feel but with an Airbnb price tag.

There is a main entrance to our building and a lock box allowing you to enter and access the apartment whenever it’s convenient for you.

We are available by phone 24/7. 

This is an exceptional location that won’t disappoint. We hope you enjoy it!

Free parking for one vehicle is located at the rear of the building. Please let us know if you require parking! The bus stop is a block away. You can also download one of our many taxi Apps.

If you’re arriving by train, walk to your unit (only 15 minutes!)

The bathroom is accessed from the main bedroom.

This is an extremely quiet area and small 5 unit building. Absolutely no partying will be tolerated.

Perfect accommodation in the heart of the city. You can walk to waterfront and all main attractions. Clean, quiet and kitchen is well stocked. Highly recommend and we would stay again if we came back to Halifax.

This apartment is in a great location where you can walk all over Halifax. Great to have free parking. Close to all amenities and also all of the tourist attractions. Host was great to deal with and apartment was clean, like it was advertised and well equipped.

The apartment was in a great location Walking distance to everything we needed. This suite is well located, with the extra appeal of being in what remains of the historic German neighborhood of Halifax. Within a few blocks are many small shops and eating places of diverse types. The apartment was clean, quiet, and furnished with everything I needed. My communications with the host were clear and pleasant. The suite is not fancy or pretentious, just a comfortable and welcoming place to stay,.

Excellent location, clean unit, comfortable bed, ample kitchen with parking & air conditioner. High quality towels and toilet paper, and great water pressure on the top floor. Responsive communication from hosts and only minor noise from neighbours. Biggest issue for us was that washer and dryer listed are coin-operated, down two flights of stairs and only accessible via an external door in the alleyway.
