Great location, was great also having the shed full of beach toys in a wagon, beach chairs and games. Also the hammock on the front porch was an amazing relaxation spot.

Family vacation

We had a great stay of 4 days. Had everything you would ever need for the beach. We made s’more via fire pit overlooking the marsh. The house had lots of games for family fun and beach was short walk away. I would definitely stay there again!

Family Get Away!

We loved our long weekend at this wonderful rustic cottage with lots of extras like corn hole, beach chairs, all the movie DVDs you could ever want, and a well stocked kitchen! It is so easy to get to the beach and the views of the river are breathtaking. Thanks for a great weekend.

The marks would have been higher except for how horrible the first few hours were. When we got there the refrigerator was broken. The cleaning crew left it open and somehow didn't hear chirping noise while they were cleaning the house. Which sort of makes sense because there was a lot left to be desired on how they cleaned the place .We called the number and no one got back to us for a couple hours. It was lucky that the head cleaning person was driving by and stopped to see how we were doing. I stressed to her there was no refrigerator and the garbage outside was piled so high with flies and we didn't know how we were going to be able to enjoy the backyard. The manager did eventually come and take some of the garbage and the refrigerator did start working after some work. The location was incredible but I just wish the initial experience was a little better.
