We enjoyed our stay at this house, it was very well located and a Great Lake view that to our surprise had swans that came around every day. The house was very pleasant and very comfortable, the owner very accessible
Enjoyed our stay in Mashpee. The house was spacious and beds comfortable. We enjoyed watching sun come up on the deck in morning and family time in the large living room. Would consider renting it again in the future. Lots to do in the area. Enjoyed the kayaks and hiking trails.
Quiet, cozy, comfortable and centrally located. It was the perfect place for our family of 7 plus dog to stay and were so thankful that Renee shared her home. It had everything we needed. I would recommended it for sure!
We had a great stay in your home. Quiet, peaceful, and away from it all (and thoughtfully decorated and equipped with everything we needed), yet close enough to all the conveniences (shopping, restaurants, etc.) of Mashpee, and to nearby ocean beaches, and hiking trails. The rest of the Cape was also within an easy drive. We especially enjoyed morning coffee on the deck overlooking the Pond, and using the kayaks and canoe. We hope to return.

The house is lovely with beautiful views of the lake. The kayaks were easily accessible. There was some bathroom trouble but Renee responded to us immediately and sent a lovely repair man over to fix the issue. Overall it is a lovely home, well kept in all manner, and we all had a wonderful week!

Family vacation June 2023.
House is in a nice quiet location. Great view of the lake, and we took advantage of using the canoe, kayak's and fire pit. Very close location to restaurants, beaches and ferries for visiting Martha's vineyard and Nantucket. The house did have a musty smell to it and it could use a good spring cleaning. Overall we enjoyed our vacation in the area.

Although we comunicated daily, the guest never mentioned the mustiness or cleanliness to us. This is something that we will take seriously, and will look into. We will also check with the cleaning company about this. Having our guests thoroughly enjoy their stay is important for us.
Santuit pond is an incredible place, box turtles, swans, turquoise insects… lovely view of the pond from almost every room in the house. The pond was also good for swimming so that was a definite plus! The neighborhood is quiet and the house has everything we needed, spacious, airy and with a killer coffee machine!! The owner was super responsive too!!
We enjoyed our stay here and the ability to kayak and fish right in the back yard. Renee was always a text away and easy to contact if we had any questions. There were plenty of rooms and space for clothes, just like making it your own home. Everything is there and we would definitely rent there again. Thank you
We enjoyed our visit to Cape Cod. This is a great neighborhood- friendly people, nice for morning walks, quiet. Nice view of pond from back deck. Saw swans, ducks, and black squirrels. Good communication with host. Thank you!
The house was perfect for our trip with 5 adults. All the bedrooms were comfortable and there was good space in the house and outdoor areas to accommodate everyone and give us all our own space.
The location is perfect. Easy access to so many beaches and restaurants. The neighborhood was lovely and the spectacular lake views made the mornings and evenings very enjoyable!
The house was well stocked in toiletries and supplies with all the appliances and access to a washer and dryer.
Renee was extremely responsive and very communicative. It was a pleasure to stay and we would definitely come back on our next trip.
The Mashpee house was perfect for our family getaway. The lake is right in the backyard, and we enjoyed swimming and watching the bird life. There are some nice walks in the woods in the Santuit Pond Preserve that you can walk to from the house, and it's about a 20 minute drive to the beach. The house had plenty of room for 6 adults, one baby, and one dog to comfortably stay--comfy living room, beautiful front yard, well-equipped kitchen, and spacious bedrooms (3 of which overlook the lake). Renee was a communicative and helpful host, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a Cape getaway, especially families.

Very nice home. Completely stocked.
Issue with spiders, and should be told a cat stays here - issue with allergies. Ran out of propane with no replacement. Dock needs to be fixed.

Thank you. Both dogs and cats have stayed in the house - it's a pet friendly house. We have had the spider issue taken care of. There are two different grills at the cottage, propane and charcoal. Michael never asked for a replacement of the propane tank, or we would have delivered it. We replaced the propane tank after Michael's short stay. We are also check the amount of propane for the grill between guests stay. We did fixed the dock, which had been unfortunately damaged during a storm.
The property was the perfect size for our group of 5 adults. 5 stars for sure. Renee was very responsive to questions. The house was clean and comfortable. Exactly as pictured. The only drawback for me was the drive to the rest of the cape. We normally stay closer to mid cape but loved the kayaks and beautiful water views so tried somewhere new. It was definitely worth the drives but took some getting used to:)) I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful, quiet place a little off the beaten path.
Overall, my friends and I were very impressed with this location. We brought our small boats, we were able to launch them at the boat ramp (down the street) and dock them on the dock. The lake (pond) was a lot bigger than expected. The house was a lot bigger than I thought as well, with plenty of rooms and comfy beds for everyone. The kitchen had most things (utensils and cookware), but we ended up buying some little odds and ends just to get us through the week. There were a few Window AC units that worked ok, some better than others, but we stayed cool on the hot days. We never ended up using the fire pit unfortunately but it was a nice touch. The deck was great to just sit and watch all the birds/ducks. We did have a bit of an issue with bugs, but being near the water/woods like this it makes sense. Be careful not to leave the door or windows open :) We had a fantastic week and it was exactly what we were looking for! Thank you!

Nice home for a family vacation. Well stocked with toilet paper, towels and cleaning supplies. Four comfortable bedrooms. Centrally located in cape cod. Enjoyed the backyard and fire pit.
The house is in a beautiful place. We were able to take my grandsons fishing using the canoe right from the house.
Its a comfortable house that works well for yung children as well as the adults. The lake is very beautiful. Wonderful birds to watch.
Inviting Family Cape Retreat - Close to Everything !
Canoeing at sunset - Swiming with a duck family in another crystal clear lake nearby - A seaside dog walk - Nearby High-end shopping - A well-equipped kitchen made for memorable family meals - 3 of the 4 bedrooms have beautiful views of the lake through the trees.
Thanks, Renee for a memorable family week - There is still so much more we didn't have time to do!
Can't wait to come back and go on the seaside bike trail and local museums ! Very friendly locals too. We love Mashbee!!
The setting for this house is lovely - view of the pond, surrounded by green trees. We spend lots of time on the deck, watching the birds and boats. The house is comfortable, the kitchen well stocked. A wonderful week on the Cape. Our host was very responsive, before and after our arrival.
