A security gate at entry lets you quickly obtain your parking passes and any other information regarding the complex. Along with keyless entry, check-in is a breeze. This gated resort community features a brand-new spa with indoor swimming pool, steam, sauna, exercise room with weights, tennis courts, volleyball, putting green, basketball courts, shuffleboard, outdoor swimming pools, several grill areas and the Sassy Bass restaurant for convenient dining. Enjoy private sugar-white beaches, natural sand dunes, and lush landscaping. Activities available for all ages make it the perfect family getaway! Kiva Dunes Golf Club and the Kiva Dunes Restaurant are next door within walking distance. Plus you're just a 13 mile drive from all of the great restaurants and family attractions that Gulf Shores offers!

The condo sleeps 6 comfortably so there's room for the whole family! Owner has just completed an extensive remodel summer 2022! Awesome and comfortable furniture and mattresses which are super comfy to provide a good nights' sleep! Master suite has queen size bed, with queen bed in guest room as well. Living room features queen sofa bed as well. This condo offers fantastic gulf views from the entry deck (which overlooks a nature reserve for privacy) as well as the balcony. This property is a MUST-SEE! No boats are allowed on property.

Parking Passes are required and have to be purchased through a link that is sent 2 days before your arrival. You must purchase your parking passes before check-in to secure parking.
Linens are provided however, please bring your own beach towels
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.

This was the perfect place to stay.We were within walking distance of the beach and the outdoor pools. We loved the Laid back, country feel of where the location of the resort is, and everyone we met were exceptionally friendly! We already talked about coming back again and enjoying the area even more. Our room we stayed at was clean and and very cheery... Beach life is the best!
