We loved our stay here! We had everything we needed, right down to beach toys. The property was very clean. The AC was good and cold. You can see the water from the balcony, but it doesn't overlook the beach. However, it is just a short walk down the boardwalk to the beach. The pools are excellent and very clean. Security is very present and also very nice and helpful. We felt very safe. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall our stay was great, the property does not have a beach view but we were a very short walk to the water. Great, quiet location for kids and the family. We had minor issues that the property manager addressed immediately ( literally within minutes). He was very responsive and pleasant to work with. Beds were comfy and the shower was hot. If you like a good comfy blanket, bring your own.
We had to reach out for check in info. Saw cockroach first morning in master bathroom. TV cables missing so no tv for kids. Kitchen cookware limited. Will not stay in the unit again. We left on Tuesday morning due to tropical storm Bertha. Host had horrible communication. We use VRBO often and have stayed at this resort multiple times and previously never a bad experience. We cannot recommend this unit or host.

We’ll never rent to this woman again. We have the receipts, the emails and texts. We responded within an hour. Sometimes you rent to a person that loses their mind when they pay for a vacation and it looks like it’s going to rain all week. She’s a liar.
This property was perfect for us 4! Everything you need is provided, loved the fans, for the stay. Contacting the host was easy and they responded very quickly! I have nothing negative to say about this condo.
This is our second stay at this condo and our Third stay on the Plantation grounds. The condo is clean, has everything we need and has great access to the beach. We hope to stay again in the future years!
I could have left fewer stars but the host made all the difference. Our stay was unfortunately a mixed experience. The condo itself was not as clean or well-maintained as we had expected. There was food left in the pull-out sofa bed, the dust buildup in the corners and under the beds was extremely noticeable, and several of the lights only worked intermittently. Some of the furniture also felt unstable and looked like it was on the verge of falling apart. That said, the host was excellent with communication. He responded quickly, was genuinely apologetic, and did his best to address our concerns throughout our stay. We truly appreciated his professionalism and willingness to help. The location is the best and choose to go back to Gulf Shores Plantation year after year because we truly love the area and this property! Overall, while the host made every effort to resolve the issues, the condition of the condo significantly impacted our vacation. We were disappointed and found ourselves ready to head home by the third day of what was supposed to be a week-long getaway. With better cleaning and maintenance, this property has the potential to provide a much better experience.

I have to own this one. If it could go wrong it did. Our normal maid didn’t clean this time and missed the normal protocol which includes vacuuming under the sofa cushions. We had an issue with bathroom lights that required a $400 electricial repair to our breaker panel, interrupted their stay and caused them to not have lights in the bathrooms for a day. The vacuum that we leave in the unit broke and had to be replaced. I felt terrible because these were really nice people and at this point in our lives we just want families to make special memories like we did with our family and not deal with issues.
Loved this condo and location on the gulf. Within a short walk of the ocean and that is certainly the reason we come back. The lodgings are very comfortable and when we did have a minor issue the response time and assistance was prompt and helpful.
Thanks for the getaway.
We had a great stay at this condo. We love that the resort is away from the crowds in Gulf Shores. The beach and pools are close and family friendly. The condo was clean and comfortable. There were a few items that needed attention (burnt out light bulbs, bed pillows that needed to be replaced, a clock that needed new batteries, broken kitchen scissors) but none of these minor items had a negative impact on our stay. Our family had a great week!
The condo was fine. It was clean and everything worked. The building was dated. Cigarette butts on sidewalk. Someone left milk on landing for 2 days.

Amazing Beach Condo
We can't wait to come back to the Gulf. From the moment we walked through the doors... it was amazing. I don't think I have ever been in such a well cared for and beautifully decorated rental condo. The owners thought of everything we would need and this made for a fabulous week away from home. Loved the multiple pools and close walk down the boardwalk to the beach. Our teen children had a great time as well. Very safe and friendly community. We will be back and will definitely rent this condo again.

Property owner/manager was great and excellent at communicating. Beds were comfortable and nice fluffy bath towels.
Place could have definitely been cleaner, there was inches of dust on the fans, pictures on the walls and table decor. Also, no hand soap in any of the bathrooms or kitchen.
The condo is close to to a swimming pool and boardwalk to the beach. I was able to contact the owner about a question I had.
She was able to respond and answer in a timely manner.
There is a Dollar General store just 4 miles away. That was very helpful. We always enjoy GSP.
Everything about our trip was wonderful! Condo was perfect from the beautiful, spa-like decor to the absolutely best sleep I've had in a long time!
We prepared most of our meals onsite and every tool we needed was provided. That said, there are several restaurants nearby with reasonable, varied menus.
The ocean is a very short walk away. FT. Morgan beach is very clean and family friendly.
The Shaws were very helpful and responsive. Definitely a rental that will stay on our list to revisit.
Oh, and check-in was seamless. No key to keep up with or worry about being locked out. The keyless entry was a brilliant touch!
Thank You for everything!
Ft. Morgan is beautiful and we had a wonderful week. Be sure to take pictures and tell the owner about every little thing that is wrong with the condo to avoid an up charge at the end of your stay. We paid $50 for a loose screw on a cabinet door that was loose when we got there. The condo is not as updated as others and so be sure to document every little thing before your stay gets started.

For some reason someone in this party decided to tear the front of a cabinet off that was nailed closed. There was no knob on this panel. It was decorative.
Overall, a good stay in a smaller condo with a family of 5 ( teenagers ). If you’re planning to prep meals, you’ll want to bring what you need. We opted for cooking in and had to Magyver a few things. There were only 2 pans/skillets an 8 in and maybe a 10 in. Two small cookie sheets, no pizza pan. No kitchen shears. One trash bag for the week. The coffee maker is a Keurig, so after buying groceries, needed to head out again for pods. No laundry in condo, cost was $2.25 for washer and $2.25 for dryer. One set of towels for the week. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom. There was no ocean/beach view unless you crammed your neck out of the master bedroom window. Lighting in master bedroom was poor. One lamp and one tiny nightstand. Tight quarters. Many things openly unattended. Master bath did not drain while showering, shower head aesthetic piece was separated from wall. Wires poking out of ceiling fan in dining area. Bedroom with twin beds had wiring plates separated from wall. Beach chairs broken, beach umbrella broken.no directions on where trash or laundry were on site, nor restaurant or hours of operation- would have been nice. Beach was nice, you are definitely in a secluded area of town. Nice and peaceful. There was a dollar general down the road which had necessities such as tp, paper towels, sunscreen beach gear. Overall I would pass on this property due to size and amenities
We all had a wonderful time and everything is what the owners said it was supposed to be, we would definitely be back in the future the pool and the ocean was breath taking the room was fantastic the only thing that was bad about the room was there were a lot of mosquitoes in the bathtub and parts of the condo also but other than that it was incredible. The part we loved was it wasn't very crowded and everyone was very friendly Sassy Bass there on the property was nice too
This was by far this best condominium at the best location that my family and I have stayed at in the last several years...and we have been to many locations. It was beautiful, spacious, and right on the beach. My family and I had a wonderful time!!
