Stayed with my family for the weekend for the State fair. The house was perfect. The location was a little sketchy but no issues. The only issue is with the upstairs tenants. You could hear the creeky floors late at night and in the early morning hours. Kept you up if your a light sleeper.

DO NOT BOOK THIS RENTAL!!!

This rental was TERRIBLE. I would give zero stars if I could. Booked this property 3 weeks ahead of my trip. Paid in full. Contacted the host on three separate occasions to ask about parking at the property and received no response. On the day of our scheduled check in (check in time was 3pm) our reservation was canceled 2 hours AFTER our scheduled check in and left my family scrambling to find a last minute rental. The host answered my call 1 time and then hung up on denied my phone calls after thay and offered no explanation and I STILL havent received my refund for the canceled reservation. Avoid this hassle at all costs and do NOT book this unit.

Some of the fault comes not from the owner but the booking site itself. I was never sent instructions on how to get into the property and spent over 30 minutes on the phone for them to call the property owner to give me instructions to get in. The owner first declined me early entry but then was nice enough to let us in an hour early due to us having a wedding to get ready for. The area is in a really unsafe location though, the first thing you see when you come around the corner is dilapidated houses and a weave in front of the house. We were woken up very early from the upstairs neighbor shuffling around and then sweeping the porch. Large visible amount of mold in the bathroom shower. Aesthetically pleasing place though overall.
