The host was very welcoming and had great communication. The condo was in a great location to the ski slopes and was on the first floor which made it easy getting to and from our car and the slopes with all our stuff. The spa was also just a couple doors down the hall from us. The house was cozy and clean.
This place works well, especially for skiing. Excellent location to the slopes, and the kitchen has all of the necessary materials (toaster, utensils, coffee maker). Additionally, the working fireplace was great after a long day of skiing. However, there was a few negatives. The floor is a bit sloping, the door to the bedroom gets stuck and you have to pull it hard to close it. The fridge is extremely cold, and our milk, bacon, and butter all froze. Additionally, there was a lack of light fixtures (which made it necessary to turn them all on). As our daughter slept in the sofa bed, she would like to mention that the bed sloped down, (making her head lower than her body).
We had a wonderful time here. There was a challenge due to a water heater that wasn't working but the reason I am still giving 5 stars is because Dawn was amazing at figuring out an alternative for showers and went out of her way to make sure we stayed comfortable.
I appreciate someone who answers the phone and responds back in kind.
I look forward to using their services again!
Our stay was for 11 nights for 3 1/2 days no hot water. Text Saturday 9:00am, called and left message at 12:00 pm, didn’t hear anything until 4:00pm. Unacceptable. At least Tuesday afternoon we had hot water. Our last day was Wednesday morning.

Hi Russell,
I am sorry that you felt like nothing was being done about your hot water issue, which was not the case. on Saturday, I made a lot of calls to the plumbers that I know. I even called all the emergency number, with no response. Unfortunately, water heaters are out of anyones control. When I had no response after all of the calls I made, I welcomed you to use another unit, in the same complex, so you were able to have hot water. On Monday, I had someone up there working through the issues. At this time the water heater issues were being addressed, by a professional that needed to evaluate what was going on. He needed to get more parts for the situation to be rectified in this particular unit. You still had access to the unit that was up 12 stairs and down the hall from where you were staying. Unfortunately, I can not for see in units when things or items may be going out. As i have apologized numerous times for your inconvenience, I am 100% sure that I did the best I could with the situation.
