Beach view was great! And the condo was clean. The lighting in the bathroom is not that great and we had to use the mirror in the bedroom to get ready. Over all I would recommend to family and friends.

Loved it here!

We loved our stay at this condo! Super easy check-in, hosts communicates very timely. Had everything we needed. Great view of the ocean and lots to do at the resort. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, bars and shops! We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome vacation

Awesome vacation as everything is right where you’re staying!! We even had free tickets to the Rockville fest & we ended up just staying at the resort because it was so nice-beach, pools-indoor/outdoor, arcade, shops n restaurants right out of the door of the 4th floor. Everyone was super nice. Cool vibes all the way!

Long weekend

The problems I had with our stay was a result of the resort’s success. Parking was almost impossible. You had to search and search for a spot to park. The noise while sitting on the balcony was loud and started at 8 o’clock in the morning and didn’t stop until 10 o’clock at night. However, the room was fine. The beds were comfortable, and the amenities were exactly as promised.

Luxury views but not a luxury condo

We stayed at the Ocean Walk a week before 4th of July for a dance competition. The beach, amenities and pool are amazing! There are lots of shops and restaurants in close proximity. Free parking at the resort.The condo itself left quite a bit to be desired. It hadn't been updated in several years, maybe 15 or 20. The carpet in the bedroom was very old. There was exposed electrical wiring above the dryer. The kitchen faucet would come on intermittently, if it was not in the correct position. The bathroom door wouldn't close, the closet door was not on the track and couldn't open or close. The walls and furniture were dirty. We did contact the hosts while we were there and they sent a maintenance man to put a new handle on the door and put the closet doors back on the track. This was a 3 trip process and probably took them a couple hours to fix the 2 items. Which honestly didn't do much for the situation but I at least appreciated the owners taking immediate action. Overall, it just needs some TLC and updating to bring it in to this century. We went into several other condos in the building that were owned both by ocean walk and third party owners, and our condo was by far the most inferior.

This is the second time we have stayed at this resort. We love all the amenities! The pools are warm and clean except for some sand on the bottom but that is too be expected being right off of the beach. The drinks from the outside bar were delicious! The facility is always being cleaned which is very nice. All of the staff were very professional and friendly. Our condo had a beautiful view of the ocean and beach. The beds were comfortable and the condo was pretty clean. We did have a few issues when we got there. The first was that we had 5 people booked for our stay and when we got to the condo there was only 3 bed pillows. We didn't realize this until we came back from dinner which was late. I also noticed we didn't have enough bath or beach towels. I texted the number I was given but they didn't have staff to bring us these things until the morning. We also had issues with the bathroom lighting. The bulbs were flashing like a rave party! lol! The next day they came and fixed the bulbs and gave us the items we needed. We also noticed a lot of fruit flies flying around even in the outside hallway. The last thing is that I requested 2 fans for the room. I agreed to be charged 40 for them. We only received one fan. I'm sure these things are just misunderstandings because during our first stay the only issue we had was a broken chair in the room and they came and removed it. Overall, none of these things distracted from us enjoying our staff and having fun!
