The house was perfect for our weekend of moving our son into Cranbrook grad school. Spacious, decorated with love and warmth, and all the amenities we needed! We will stay there again!

Very well managed property, good location, very clean, nice decor and cozy vibe, great outdoor area with plenty of seating and fire pit. Just a really nice property with a great host, we would definitely rent it again.

Perfect house in great location! Exceptionally clean, and well stocked. Backyard was very nice. Great access to area bike trails, shopping and restaurants. Host was very welcoming and always available to meet our needs. Would absolutely rent the property again!

This house is warm and welcoming. Being a foodie, I particularly liked the kitchen and it’s set up. It felt like I was back in my grandmother‘s kitchen.The house is situated on a huge lot with a beautiful backyard and patio,. It sits back quite a ways from the road so it’s quiet and peaceful.Christie, your host, is very responsive and very flexible. She strives to accommodate your comfort and needs.The Happy Bungalow is charming and is a wonderful place to return to after a day of visits and exploration. I I promise you’ll be glad you chose Christie and the Happy Bungalow.

Fabulous Stay

We enjoyed a lovely weekend at the home. The backyard games were fun and we enjoyed cooking and eating in the well appointed kitchen. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable.

I really do not have all the words... this place is adorable. It is so clean - and I'm in healthcare; clean matters to me. Christie is amazing. She has thought of absolutely everything. This is the only place in all my years of traveling that I would actually return to. The home is cozy, warm, and inviting from the moment you step inside. She goes above and beyond making her guests feel at home and comfortable. I highly recommend Happy Bungalow. We will be back if I can get a weekend- she has so many returning guests because everything I am saying is so very true. Thank you, Christie.

This home was BEAUTIFUL! It has truly put us in awe how Christie was able modernize this bungalow while still keeping it's original antique-ness. We felt right at home. There were all the amenities you could need (and want). The host put so much effort in the maintenance of this home. There were many small things such as stocked up spices, condiments, and a snack bar in the kitchen—all the way to a game room where our family made core memories that just made our stay perfect. Wish we could rate this home higher than the rating limit. We will definitely be returning.

Family visit

Stayed here because close to my daughter and granddaughters. House was perfect. My four year old granddaughter loved the basement and toys provided. We had room to spread out and enjoy our visit. Will definitely stay again
