Positives: quick communication with host, decorated cute, not hard to get to, spacious rooms, full kitchen, VERY comfortable beds, easy check out. Negatives: you have to download another app to access unit, no dedicated parking- if you have multiple cars, this willBe an issue for you. The downstairs gets SUPER cold-upstairs stays comfortable. Downstairs bathroom was freezing with luke warm water. Overall we enjoyed our stay, the parking was a big issue to me since we have a fullSize SUV and 2 x there were cars parked so it was hard to get ours parked. The street is very narrow. The view is really pretty as in you are elevated. The decorations are nice as well. It was very cold downstairs but there are lots of blankets around. Beds were the best!! Bethany is very polite and was extremely detailed and quick with allCommunications!
