Peaceful oasis for the family

House was clean and everything was so nice. We loved how close it was to everything even Miami as long as you avoided ruah hour. The kids enjoyed their time.

Good place to stay.

It is very decent home for a family, and the neighborhood is also good. Driveway and backyard require bit of maintenance. Overall it is very nice place to stay. Met Katya's spouse, he is very friendly person and very approachable.

Absolutely Loved it!

My family and I came in town for my son’s taekwondo competition and stayed in this beautiful home. The house was so nicely designed inside and out. I loved that if anytime there was something needed the owners quickly responded. They were also SO NICE! We truly enjoyed ourselves and plan on coming back for another stay!

Overall very nice place to stay. A total of 6 people can stay here, however, only 4 people can actually eat. We had a total of 4 forks, making meals challenging. Kitchen lacked cooking items: no pasta strainer, no baking dish for the oven, one pot, among other short coming for eating while there. Hot tub jets really didn’t jet. Communicating was slow to respond. I messaged on the grill not being able to be lit and received a response 7 hours later and actually did not address. Kind of picky things, would definitely stay here again, with high hopes things above would be addressed. Overall a very nice place.
