Come relax in our very well appointed home. No stairs, all one floor. Two king bedrooms. Minutes to everything, peaceful and centrally-located.

2 outdoor cameras for safety, one doorbell, one rear facing away from home.

No free early check-in or late check-out offered. $25/hr if available. May not know availability until day before/day of. Payment required in advance.

Wonderful stay

I rented this property for my mom for 3 weeks. She loved this rental so much she is already planning a return trip! It is so nicely renovated and had cute little touches. Perfect home away from home for a long weekend catching up with our NC State freshman. We are from out of state and didn’t know what to expect - Perky Pineapple was exactly what we needed! Comfortable, clean, thoughtfully appointed, safe neighborhood for morning strolls, easy to work remotely and take video calls at the desk or on the patio during weekdays, convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and getting to campus and to the football game. Hall bathroom with walk in shower was our preferred choice, loved having a kitchen to bake, grill on patio, and a full size washer/dryer for the “laundry fairy” to help our college kid. Will return!

Clean, new, and spacious

We are very satisfied with this apartment. Everything looks new and clean. And it doesn't have any old-house smell. There are two beds in one room and one bed in another room. A two-people dinner table in the kitchen, a six-people dinner table in the living room, and another table in the patio at the back with lights if you like to eat outside. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood with warm and nice people, and is within walking distance to a grocery store. We enjoyed taking a walk after dinner.

Nice place, nice stay. Nicely furnished and outfitted. Owner made the place available a little early at no charge, which we appreciated. Owner is also very responsive and of course friendly and helpful. Great central location. Location is generally quiet but, for those sensitive to noise, apartment does back up to a road that can be busy/noisy on the patio, and in the living room and rear (larger) bedroom. A noise machine is provided, probably for kids but nice regardless. Recommended!
