The townhome was clean, but the community pool was not. It was full of debris and spiders. The cleaning company came at the end of the day on Memorial Day. Would have been nice to enjoy it on the holiday weekend along with the beach.The unit is older, but cute. I will say you could hear the neighbors at times, mostly in the mornings and night when going to bed or getting up.Several things were missing from the unit and we had to call for it. There were no beach towels, dishwasher detergent, or coffee. They did bring it to us when we requested it. It's about a ten minute drive to downtown. The shops and restaurants are cute! There are also a few restaurants and shops on the Omni property. We liked the walking paths in the community. It's shaded, and a nice way to get some exercise.
