The villa features three en suite bedrooms plus a fully independent one bedroom apartment, making it ideal for families, groups of friends or multiple couples looking for both shared spaces and privacy. The apartment has its own fully equipped kitchen, living area, bathroom, outdoor area and separate entrance, while also being connected to the main villa when desired.

Large outdoor terraces surround the property, offering several places to dine, relax and enjoy the view. The main veranda includes an outdoor kitchen and barbecue area, while the upper terrace is the perfect spot for an al fresco breakfast, sunset drinks or simply taking in the panoramic sea views.

Fantastic

The property is absolutely stunning. It was better than the pictures. We were a group of 6 adults, 3 married couples and everyone thought the property was perfect. Everything is brand new and well designed. It is a short walk, less than 2 minutes to seaside restaurants and beach clubs. The house is 10 to 15 minutes drive from Nuousa. It is a perfect location. Andreas was very helpful and made us feel welcome. This was one of the best VRBO properties I have ever stayed in and would love to stay again if I am ever lucky enough to be in Paros.

The vibrant town of Naousa is only a 6-minute drive away, giving guests easy access to its beautiful harbour, restaurants, boutiques, and nightlife while allowing them to retreat to the peaceful surroundings of Ambelas.

The villa itself is brand new, with contemporary interiors, modern amenities, and an emphasis on cleanliness, comfort, and quality. Its generous indoor and outdoor spaces provide plenty of room to relax, dine, gather with friends and family, or simply enjoy the spectacular Aegean surroundings.

Above all, the combination of being right by the sea, walking distance from excellent restaurants, close to Naousa, and having a brand new, beautifully designed home with spacious private areas makes Akoya Pearl Villa a truly unique place to experience Paros.
