Welcome to paradise! Sunny corner 3 bedroom condo on the top floor of an elevator building in coveted Eagle Cay. Open floor plan offers water views from every room. Two outdoor patios to enjoy lounging or al fresco dining while watching the sunrise, dolphins play and enjoying the beautiful bay views. Located on a private cul de sac Eagle Cay is a friendly community offering 2 heated pools, pickleball, bocce, book club, mahjong, shuffle board, paddle board launch pads and tennis on site. Fishing right from the docks is always exciting as it is known to be one of the best fishing spots on the island! 7 minute walk to South Beach, or walk/bike to the Marco Walk Plaza where you will find a bustling dining scene, ice cream, shopping and the Marco movie theatre (where you can enjoy a beer/wine with dinner while watching a movie) and mini golf is just across the street. Bikes and covered parking are available.

We spent a wonderful month of March in the unit. Beautiful grounds. Nice unit. Third bedroom was great for the grandkids. Kids fished right below the lani. Great view off the lani. Saw manatees and dolphins almost every day off the lani. Kitchen well equipped. Washer and dryer work but are older models. Big plus though being able to do laundry in house. Stephanie was great to work with through the entire process.
