Located on a private cul de sac Eagle Cay is a friendly community offering 2 heated pools, pickleball, bocce, book club, mahjong, shuffle board, paddle board launch pads and tennis on site. Fishing right from the docks is always exciting as it is known to be one of the best fishing spots on the island! 7 minute walk to South Beach, or walk/bike to the Marco Walk Plaza where you will find a bustling dining scene, ice cream, shopping and the Marco movie theatre (where you can enjoy a beer/wine with dinner while watching a movie) and mini golf is just across the street. Bikes and covered parking are available.

Great condo community

Enjoyed the heated pool, pickleball courts and bikes provided. Great view of water from deck with dolphins swimming. Easy to launch paddleboard and fish from the dock.

I have been coming to Marco Island for over 25 years and it is truly my favorite place! I am realtor from Pa and grew up in Southern NJ. I truly love going with my husband and 2 daughters to Marco Island several times a year and creating lasting memories.

Why they chose this property

I love that we are in quiet area of the island yet so convenient to restaurants, the beach, and the water! We love to walk the docks in the evening watching the fish and get out on the water whether by boat or paddle board. It is such a convenient location to get on the water being next to the Caxambas Park. Eagle Cay is such a friendly community- offering weekly happy hours in season, a book club, mahjong, water aerobics and pickleball is very popular!

Having a corner 3 bedroom unit is unique! Our unit not only is larger but is much brighter and offers water views from every room!
