This spacious and modern townhome at Zion`s Village comfortably sleeps up to 20 guests with 14 beds, making it perfect for family reunions, group adventures, and corporate retreats. Enjoy a private hot tub, garage game room, and access to the resort-style heated pool, lazy river, hot tub, and clubhouse.

The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, ample counter space, a large dining area, and a spacious kitchen island perfect for gathering with family and friends. Step outside to enjoy the private patio and BBQ grill after a day exploring Southern Utah.

The converted garage has been transformed into the ultimate game room featuring arcade games, air hockey, foosball, and ping pong for hours of entertainment. When it`s time to relax, soak in the private hot tub beneath the desert sky.
