Traditional family owned condo with all the area has to offer. Located on Offield Family Viewlands nature preserve, 10 minutes to Harbor Springs, 15 minutes to Petoskey. Close to Mackinac Island, beaches, restaurants, bars, shopping, sightseeing, boating, golf, skiing, Dark Sky Park, and much, much more! Wonderful views and sights abound. Association property has a shared outdoor pool, pickle ball and basketball courts, children's playground, and extensive walking/hiking trails.

Fully equipped kitchen with dining table and bar with seating for 9, propane grill, wood burning fireplace, and outdoor deck. Half bath on first floor. Three bedrooms with queen beds, and 2 full bathrooms are located on the second floor. Fourth bedroom with queen bed, full bath, adjacent family room with game table, and laundry area are on the lower level.

Parking : 1 garage spot, plus 2 additional spots available directly in front of garage and front entry

Pets: (2 max) $25/night per pet. Pets must be leashed at all times when outside. Please pick up after your pet.

No smoking or vaping of ANY substance is permitted in or around the property.

Great location with many near by attractions. We went up to ski and this condo was very convenient. Hosts were very available to help with anything. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking items. It was dog friendly as well. We will definitely stay here again.

Great stay for skiing with family and friends

This property had all the amenities needed for a great stay, lots of space and very close to skiing. Our young kids and friends had plenty of space to spread out in the condo and relax. The decor is outdated but very clean and comfortable.

Our weekend was just lovely. The condo had comfortable beds in all the good sized bedrooms, a spacious kitchen-dining room-living area which added to the ease and comfort of meal preparation. Stayed 3 nights for family ski trip. Great location and such a cute retro condo. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Basement for play room (basement is a little chilly - as are most basements). Owners were quick to reply with questions and check in/out was very easy. Would definitely stay again.

Summer Music Fest

We stayed here for a week during a hot summer trip to enjoy music outdoors. The place was everything stated, and a welcome respite from dust, rain, and heat. It is spacious and complete, a comfy place to chill, play cards, and relax. Our host was gracious and helpful.

Overall Good Experience!

We stayed for a Ski weekend and enjoyed everything about the place. The 3.5 bathrooms made a huge difference with 4 adults getting ready to leave simultaneously. Google didn’t know the exact location of the home but luckily the community has signs telling you where each condo # is located. Overall just a good relaxing experience!
