Our family of eight enjoyed sightseeing, visiting relatives, and swimming in the lakes. The condo needs some updating but it worked well for our needs. The pool was closed for inspection, which was a disappointment.

This property is a nice fit for a group. We had 7 and with 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths it was perfect. Location was perfect for Petoskey or Harbor Springs visits. The bedrooms were updated and decorated nicely. Plenty of towels and supplies. Bummer pool was not open as it’s been under construction all summer, we weren’t notified until 2 days before check in. We suggested host should update listing to reflect this. Few areas of concern we did bring to hosts attention and she resolved to our satisfaction. With continued updates this will be a nice vacation property.

We had a great time! Everyone loved the retro ski condo vibe. Everyone slept great. Super close to the Highlands. The owner was quick to respond and easy to communicate with.

The place was just OK and not worth the money. I would have rated it higher but we did not appreciate the host sending us a very snarky message after we checked out. We never received a check out list and she came after us very rudely and accused us of not doing things we didn’t know we needed to do. She did refund us 100 for the pool not being available but overall, not worth the money. We won’t be staying here again.

Correct the guest did not receive my standard welcome letter so the unremoved trash, unstripped beds I assumed were dereliction. The unit is very clean and well appointed with excellent reviews, this is retaliation for being accused of disregarding house rules.

We had 4 couples staying here and each had their own space. It was perfect for our group. The kitchen was well equipped. The location put us in close proximity to both Harbor Springs and Petoskey.

Comfy and quiet

It was what we were looking for. A place for kiddos to run around but also quiet at night. The beds are comfy and everything was very clean. An all around good stay!

Great location!

Two families stayed here for a weekend soccer tournament. The location was great, the pool was loved by the kids, the space itself was great and allowed us to cook and relax during a hectic game filled weekend!
