Riverfront - Amazing Views

Nestle on the Holston River with amazing views of the river, farm and miniature farm animals. Amazing sunsets, firefly (lighting bug) shows in the summer and wildlife galore!

Bring the family and friends to enjoy a slice of Heaven on Earth. There are two tiny homes you can book for larger parties. Enjoy your anniversary, birthday and more!

This tiny home has one bedroom on the main level and a loft with 2 twin beds. Room for another blow up bed (if needed).

Super close to the Historic Railway, The Smoky Mountains, Hiking trails, brewery's, downtown, UT Stadium and Interstate.

Guests have access to the fenced in area where the tiny homes and barn are.

Great little get away for my kids and myself. The tiny home was nice, clean and equipped with everything we needed. The animals were right outside the door and the river was a few steps away. The kids enjoyed wading and fishing in the river. Firewood and all the items to make s’mores were provided to enjoy by the campfire. We will definitely be back!

Cozy and Cute Getaway

We did not have long to stay here as we were in town for a Tennessee game and left the next day, but the house was super clean and very well maintained. The host was super thoughtful and had snacks and bottled waters and K cups and s’mores ingredients ready to be used. Excellent hospitality! We plan to come back when we have more time to enjoy the river and the farm as well!

We had an excellent stay. The details of the property was spot on . We had no problems so we did not have to reach out but it was nice that the host reached out to us to make sure everything was well. We will definitely stay here again. If I could rate it higher than a 5 star I would.
