Golf weekend

Darling Home - Great Location - The Perfect Stay!

We absolutely loved our stay! The pictures don't even do the home justice - it's quaint, very tastefully decorated, very nicely updated bathrooms, plenty of space for everyone to relax, work, and enjoy! The yard is fantastic and the pool is perfect! And the location . . . PERFECTION! Just a 1-2 minute walk to all of the wonderful shops and restaurants in Hamilton! The owner, Greg, was extremely easy to communicate with and very accommodating. I give this a 10+++ and would love to come back again some day!

Hamilton vacation

The rental was easy and the owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had. The pool was great and the yard was great for games. We enjoyed the fire pit. Went to a nearby state park. Had a nice relaxing few days.

Excellent home away from home

We rented this house to have a short in-state getaway vacation with some close friends during the Covid pandemic. It had everything we wanted: a pool, air conditioning, individual rooms, private bathrooms, convenient location, and adequate size such that we weren’t feeling crowded at all. Our stay was great. We spent every day in the large backyard in the 10meter pool (the pictures don’t do the backyard justice — it’s a large, fenced in, and private back yard). We grilled on the back patio. Cooked in the kitchen. Watched TV and movies on the widescreen. Played board games on the dining room table. The house was also mere yards from main street/downtown Hamilton which had coffee shops, restaurants, and stores to explore. Greg was available and responsive to our questions and was very attentive and thoughtful in making sure we felt right at home. Highly recommend this place!

Wonderful house in a charming town

I spent a week in Hamilton with my husband and friends with children. It was idyllic. The house is spacious, the hosts were very responsive to our questions, but the real gem is the backyard. Big lawn, nice porch, and that pool! We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

My family and 7 year old nephews loved this home. The pool was great, the town was close by for any grocery needs, and the manager was very easy to communicate with for any issues. Would definitely return in the future!

Had a wonderful stay at Greg's house. Great property for a group. Walking distance to everything downtown and to Colgate campus. Additionally, I left a jacket at the house and Greg shipped it back to my apartment in NYC, which was incredibly considerate and accommodating.

Lovely House in Hamilton

Our family of 5 (2 adults, 2 kids, and a puggle) had a wonderful week at this house in Hamilton. The size of the house gave us flexibility to have visitors come and stay with us during our week. The master bedroom was ideal for the grandparents. The pool is absolutely awesome, huge and heated, kept the kids and adults entertained. All the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed being walking distance to the village as well as to Colgate. You will not be disappointed with this house.

Nice house - perfect location

We rented the house in the middle of January for a mini-reunion of classmates to see a basketball & hockey game. The owner Greg was excellent to work with throughout the entire process. It has new appliances in the kitchen, a small seating area with a table then a larger dining room table that comfortably seats 8. The living room has a couch and a few chairs to relax in. We had room for 6 cars in the driveway. There is a large yard in the back with an in-ground pool and outdoor grill - I would recommend this house for anyone or any group staying during the summer months (Graduation or Reunion weekend especially) to make use of the yard & pool. It is in the perfect downtown location, just steps away from everything.
