The Space:
The Mill features a wine collection, two bedrooms with decorative art throughout. Sleeps up to 4 (two queen beds on the second floor). Lace up your boots before you set off to enjoy the miles of trails, visit our cows, goats, and horses, stop by Wayvine Winery & Vineyard just down the street or enjoy s'mores amongst the stars.


The Mill is a beautiful, immersive experience of life in the country. Decorated with care and intent, it is the most peaceful stay nestled amongst the draping hills and lush forests of Chester County in the midst of Pennsylvania wine country.

Easy and convenient access to Wayvine Winery & Vineyard, Nottingham, Downtown Oxford (includes shopping, coffee, and restaurants; 3 miles), Fairhill (10 miles), Jim Neary’s Water Activities (12 miles), Cherry Crest Adventure Farm (18 miles), Chesapeake City (20 miles), Brandywine River Museum of Art (20 miles), and Longwood Gardens (25 miles).

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to The Mill and fire pit and will share access to the farm.

Welcome to Ethereal Farms! We’re farmers and entrepreneurs who love capturing memories of our adventures. We purchased a historic farm set in the rolling hills and forests of Chester County wine country, and are renovating it to restore the historic charm for generations to come.

Laura DiFrancesco is also the Founder of Dean Street Law and Flourish Coworking Space. As a thought leader in personal development, business and corporate law, she’s leveraging her experience negotiating hundreds of multimillion and multibillion dollar transactions and representing thousands of companies to create business and legal products to help protect and scale businesses.

James Wilson is also the Co-Founder of Wayvine Winery & Vineyard (our sister farm nearby in Nottingham) and Tulip Pasta and Wine Bar in Fishtown, Philadelphia. As a farmer, he focuses on producing the best grapes, so that they can make the best wine which is 100% estate grown and made with grapes from the farm. He’s excited to bring Wayvine to the city in an incredible dining experience at Tulip paired with fresh made pasta.
