Everything you need and more at our waterfront canal home in the Oxnard Channel. Only a short walk to a beautiful beach or stay at the home and enjoy the kayaks and paddle boards or simply relax on the deck watching the birds go by.

We have a J-shaped dock measuring 13.5' x 12' x 29' if you wish to moor your boat.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
