We had a great stay. The communication was great, the home was clean, and we had access to everything we needed. We loved that we could easily walk to the Main Street shopping area. Great restaurants and shops so close by.

We had the best stay! Everything was exactly how it was listed ! Neighborhood was cute and safe to walk out dogs at night and the neighbors were so nice . Also so quiet and close to everything .We felt extremely safe which is very important to us ! House was perfect ! Would recommend to anyone we will be back next year ! 10 *rating !!!!!!!!

Great location to downtown Overland Park. We walked to the OP farmers market, had lunch at surrounding restaurants and enjoyed sitting in the front yard of the house each evening. Conveniently located to all the places we chose to visit.
Milestone birthday celebration with my sisters.
Weather forecast unexpectedly was nice.

Great place

It was very clean and perfect for our family of 6. Plenty of room. Bed in master was very comfortable. It smelled so so clean when we walked in. Would def stay there again.

We found the place immaculate and looked just like all the perfect pics. For a pet-friendly place, that cleanliness was extra appreciated. AC was great since it was quite warm for fall. Walking distance to cool coffee shops, restaurants and awesome rooftop sports bar.

Great location great amenities. Perfectly distance from the event we were at. Minor issues in the house… bedroom ceiling fan that didn’t work and the living room ceiling fan felt like it was going to come off of its anchor if we left it turned. Downstairs TV had no sound due to a remote control, possibly coming disconnected from the TV. Overall, a great property. Great communication with the owners.

Nice and new

This house is recently remodeled and the furnishings are new and work well. It's in a quiet neighborhood but accessible to lots of activities in downtown Overland Park and via Metcalf Avenue. The hosts were helpful and communicated promptly.

Long Rental with Dog

We stayed at this location for 8 weeks when relocating from out of state. The location was perfect proximity to my office and nestled in the Prairie Village area, near many restaurants. The property was well sized for our group and our dog had a sizeable yard to roam in. Neighborhood was quiet and clean. Communication with the owner was timely and pleasant. We had no issues during our stay and would rent here again.

I seen a few bugs but also the owner said that we were smoking in her property during our stay and also said we were running and out and had more ppl over the limit when on the camera she would see only 4 people leaving check out day she would see us going back and forth to the car not just leaving running in and out but to smoke in our car to provent this and I really don’t appreciate her trying to fine my card when I know for a fact we didn’t smoke in there property
