Updated bay front townhome sleeps 7. Beautiful sunset views overlooking the bay from the 2 private decks. There are 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Second level has 3 bedrooms and two full baths. The large main bedroom has a king size bed, en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, TV and a private deck. Second bedroom has queen size bed, TV and third bedroom has 1 set of bunk beds and a twin bed. Shared hall bath. Main level has living area with TV and sliders to private deck, dining area, powder room and updated kitchen with peninsula counter that seats 4. There is one boat slip, off street parking for 2 cars. Owner provides 6 chairs, 2 umbrellas and a cart for your convenience.
