LUXURY GULF FRONT CONDO ON NAVARRE BEACH! "Beachy Keen" is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath Gulf front condo that offers traditional island-inspired decor, tile floors, large fully equipped kitchen, open floor plan, comfortable living room with large TV, a king bed in the master bedroom, a king bed in the second bedroom, queen sleeper sofa in the living room, wireless internet, TV`s in each bedroom and a covered private balcony with views of Navarre Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Beach Colony Resort on Navarre Beach is a beautiful Gulf front property and offers many amenities such as having the largest resort swimming pool on the beach, BBQ Grills, a tennis court and a fitness center that is all available for guests to use. Beach Colony Resort is the perfect family vacation destination! This unit does not allow long term rentals. **You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. We also have a 1 to 4 ratio (one adult over 25 for everyone under 25) except during Spring Break. At that time, we require 1 adult over 25 for every 2 guests under that age.**

Amazing Family Trip

Fantastic place to stay it was 4 adults and a baby under 1! The place was centrally located, clean pool and beach. Place was updated and clean! We will absolutely stay here again!

We visit Navarre Beach at least once a year. This trip was to celebrate my daughter's birthday along with our 35 wedding anniversary. This area is our favorite.

Great Vacation Spot

My family and I were looking for a nice condo on Navarre Beach for our vacation. This unit fit the bill. It was clean, well-appointed, and had amazing views. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

Family vacation

The location is perfect. Just steps away from the beach. Pool was fantastic. The condo was as described in the listing. We enjoyed all aspects of this stay. The condo does include very small start up dish soap, laundry pods, toilet paper and dish washer pods so be prepared to restock if you have more than a couple day stay. The condo was very clean and we would come back!

Nothing better.....

There is nothing better than a stay at Beach Colo..which is why we keep coming back! I think this is our 15th stay! The condo was spotless and the kitchen well equipped with all the necessities to prepare meals, or there are so many choices for dining out. Meals on the balcony dolphin watching topped off perfect beach and pool days. The are beds comfy, the water temperature hot and the pressure adequate. We will be back spring break!!
