The Cement Creek Winter Trail offers nordic skiing in the winter months and endless hiking in the summer months. You can find the trailhead 3.8 miles from the intersection of Hwy 135 and Cement Creek Road. The Huckeby Conservation Area provides access to a vast amount of scenic open space and the East River. You can access the Huckeby Conservation area from Kubler or Cascadilla Street.

OTHER: Red Mountain Liquors is the only liquor store in Crested Butte South. It is a 6 minute walk from your townhome, located between Camp 4 Coffee and Tully's.
Getting Around: Crested Butte South is very walkable with most things being less than a 10 minute walk away and a free shuttle bus system providing access to Crested Butte, Mt. Crested Butte, and Gunnison.
FREE SHUTTLE BUSES: A free shuttle bus provided by Gunnison Valley RTA makes 15 minute trips from Crested Butte South to Crested Butte/Mt. Crested Butte. You can access this bus at the Red Mountain Park on Cascadilla Street. This shuttle can also take you to Gunnison, CO. For more information on Gunnison Valley RTA bus stops and schedules please visit www. gunnisonvalleyrta .com. There are free shuttle busses provided by Mountain Express in Crested Butte and Mt. Very clean, welcoming with a cafe, brewery, grocery store in walking distance. Property is very clean and furnished really well. Our kids and the one year old doodle had a wonderful time as well. A relaxing getaway with beautiful Mountain Views.
We loved this unit!! It’s a newer build with lots of room for our family. It’s close to CB South restaurants and great coffee. Also a quick walk to the shuttle to get to town and the mountain.
We stayed eight nights in this amazing townhome, and I can't recommend it enough. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and incredibly well-stocked. The house is maybe 12 min from downtown Crested Butte, and I was unsure if I wanted to stay outside the downtown area. It was such an easy drive from town that it didn't bother us at all, and I would def stay there again.
This house is truly beautiful and very new. Beds were comfy. House was spotless. Location was great minus being outside of the main town but still very close. The house had everything you could need, from high chairs to coffee grinders to extension cords & extra blankets. Very well equipped! I’d def recommend this home to others
We really enjoyed staying in this condo while attending the CB Wildflower Festival. It was a quick 10 minute drive into town but was much quieter than CB. We cooked most meals in and found the kitchen well equipped with new appliances. It is nicely decorated and had comfy beds and furniture. The only negative was having to navigate stairs while carrying luggage from the lower garage level to the upper two levels.
I looooved my stay at this property. It was gorgeous, clean and modern. The check in process was super easy the property manager checked in to made sure I got in ok. The house was stocked with all the essentials (tupperware, cookware, etc). CB South was a super cute residential community and it's a short 10 min drive to town. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in CB!
