Forest-View 4BR w/ 3 Kings, Fire Pit & Ping Pong

Summary:

A cozy winter base with 3 king beds, a fire pit and a forest view. Single-level 4-bedroom home backing onto the woods, about 1 mile from downtown Longview. New Tempur-Pedic mattresses on 3 king beds plus a twin room, and it sleeps 9. Full kitchen, private deck with fire pit and BBQ, ping pong, and a workspace. A good base for Mt. St. Helens, the coast, and Portland day trips.



The Space:

Outside, our private deck and firepit provide an ideal spot to relax and sip your favorite beverage and take in the beautiful forest view. All new tempurpedic mattresses with three king size beds and two twin beds.



Guest Access:

Guest has full access to the main street level house. Note there is a second Air BnB unit on the lower level with separate entrance and access down the stairs on the left side of the house. Please be considerate of noise after 8pm.



The Neighborhood:

Quiet Safe Neighborhood just 1 mile from downtown. House backs to a wooded setting.



Getting Around:

Free driveway parking for 2 cars plus street parking. Please don't park across the street in front of the neighbors' house. Downtown Longview is about a 5-minute drive.



Other Things to Note:

There is a shared backyard that is not yet landscaped and is therefore not currently available for use.

place was clean, newer interior and furniture.items to note for future renters. not many items in house beyond basics. no paper cards, games, puzzles. etc.no dish towels or scrub pads to clean dishes to reuse. wefurniture is very inexpensive and idea type. drawer units in all bedrooms for clothes are cheap metal frame with cloth drawers that hold very minimal items.towels for showers are oversized hand towels only, nothing large enough to wrap around you. odd, but floor tiles are new, but extremely poor install with many gaps between them. as large as one inch. had two people injured themselves atubbing their foot / toes on these huge gaps when walking at night.lastly, the front appearance to the house was abandoned due to lack of yard care and weed maintenance. trash was over full on street when we arrived and left. left picked up. no where to put our trash as a courtesy.
