A truly unique space. This top floor unit is the upper floor of the Penthouse at Bella Sirena`s building B. Incredibly stylish, private entrance, hot tub and more.

This unit has been setup by the owner as a private 3 BR suite for up to 6 people. There are 2 Master bedrooms and a 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds. IMPORTANT: This unit is accessed by going up 20 steps and is equipped with a small kitchenette designed by the owner. Not meant for people who love to cook. May be an issue for some people.

Great communication. We had a couple issues but maintenance came right out to fix them. I'd say not for elderly between the stairs and the heavy sliding glass door. Great to be on the top floor.

Relaxing Oasis: Craig's Place at Bella Sirena

Craig’s place was great, located in a lovely spot. The place was clean and nicely decorated. The balcony was really spacious with awesome ocean views. The underground parking was secure and convenient. Bella Sirena is a private and gated property with lots of greenery. It feels like a tropical paradise resort.

Nice, but not secure

The unit was very nice, however it was a bit warn out. Doors didn't close correctly, one fridge didn't work, no real sink in the kitchen, only one jet worked on the spa, etc. Something was wrong with the main bath shower when we arrived and we were informed that the repair person would need to fix it. He was there until 11pm. Then, when we requested towels, the host sent a guy in who walked into the bedroom while one of our party was in the shower. Not cool. There is no was to secure the unit. Who ever is staying in the down stairs unit will have full access to this unit. That's just not acceptable. The host did communicate, however it wasn't to actually fix any of the issues, so I'm not sure that matters. Also there is no safe in the unit, so without being able to secure the place, we felt very vulnerable. The resort is nice and the grounds well maintained. we needed we only had

Hello Leah, Thank you for the review. I would like to point out that the listing states clearly that this unit is limited as it is part of a 2 story penthouse. There are 3 refrigerators and the listing also states the downstairs is the owners private home and no one stays there ever if there is a guest upstairs. The hot tub issues were new and it has been serviced. We apologize for the worker who entered. When called we informed you he was on the way.
