With a kitchenette, full bathroom, and laundry room, you'll be able to enjoy all the amenities of home. Perfect for unwinding after your KC adventures.

FYI this is a lower unit with a separate listing upstairs. There are no shared spaces and private entrances. The only shared area is the driveway, but it does have clearly marked spaces that are exclusive for each unit :)

KC Stay

This place was nice, clean and very convenient for going to the game. The stadium is only 5 minutes away and the house is tucked away in a nice quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying here.

Great little spot tucked away just outside of KC. We had plenty of room to park our trailer and loved the pretty drive to and from the city. Tall folks might find the shower to be a little small, but it was fine for us 5'5"s. Host was quick on responses, got back to us immediately when I couldn't sort out the keypad. Comfy bed, free snacks, everything we used was clean and worked great. High recommend!

Very safe and quiet neighborhood and close to the stadium. The upstairs tenants were not an issue at all, normal noise for being downstairs. The only issue we had was there was a not so pleasant smell upon entering, addressed with owner and am sure it will be taken care of.

Great stay close to Arrowhead Stadium

We were seeing a concert at Arrowhead so wanted a place nearby. This is the bottom floor of a cute little house in a quiet neighborhood very close to the stadium. It is easy to get on the highway to the downtown area of Kansas City. The only downside is if someone is staying upstairs, you can hear the footsteps very easily so if you are a light sleeper, bring a white noise machine or use an ap on your phone. Overall, very happy with this cute little place!

It was a veey clean property. We liked how the place is fixed up. The one issue we had was you could hear everything going on upstairs. We are go to bed early people and the other renters upstairs were not. They were just doing normal things but it could be heard clearly as if you were almost in the same room. Other than that it was great. The location was ideal fot the game at Arrowhead. I would definitely book again but go for the upstairs unit.

This property is the basement to a home that was rented out above us to a bus load of people. You could hear every footstep and voices talking all night long. The people above us refused to answer the door for us to ask that they be a little quieter.

We lived in this neighborhood for a number of years. We love the area, and it is close to all things KC. Great highway access, and tons of good dining, bar hopping, and other attractions are just a short drive or Uber away!

What makes this property unique

This is a very cool looking old stone house with a clay roof. We just did a full remodel and updated it to modern standards and finishes. We are very proud of the work we did here, and can't wait to get feedback from our awesome guests!
