Your fully equipped kitchen offers brushed steel appliances, Corian countertops, and a cozy breakfast nook. Other conveniences include a washer/dryer, grill, beach accessories such as chairs and umbrella, two car reserved/covered parking, and use of all community amenities. HOA rules require a 90 day minimum lease and no pets are allowed.

Fabulous Condo

This is the best condo we have ever rented. The panoramic views are spectacular. The condo was well equipped and nicely furnished. We loved Silver Sands and all it has to offer. We stayed for 3 months and hated to leave.
