This is a 1 bedroom Efficiency apartment on the ground level (walk in with two steps) and private parking area. This apartment is the ground level for our private residence (we live up stairs but rarely here.) It has a mini split Heat and AC unit as well as a stocked mini kitchen included. The full bath is a handicapped bath with a full tub/shower combo. It is very quiet here between Sparta NC and Independence Va

Wife and I were in town for a wedding, the apartment was very conveint to Winter Wood Farm wedding venue, a seven minute drive. It was clean and well stocked and the bed was comfortable. Great location for a couple to stay or single person, it was also convenient to town. Absolutely recommended.

The efficiency was absolutely beautiful, very clean, all the amenities were perfect, from the sleep number bed to the mini split unit to provide heat or air. The space was perfect for one or two people and the location absolutely one of the best I have encountered, quiet, peaceful and country. We will definitely be back as well as recommend to others.

Small But Mighty

A spur of the moment trip with my mom turned out to be the perfect spot for a long weekend. This little efficiency is clean, has everything one could need with a fully stocked kitchenette, spacious bathroom, a cozy bed (a double, snuggle up if you're not alone) and a covered patio to enjoy the outside. Convenient to Sparta, NC and Independence/Galax, VA and very near a river access. The owner was very responsive and communication was great. I would definitely choose to stay here again if traveling alone or with one other person.
