Beat the heat this summer at 10,000 feet in Brian Head! Make Positive Altitude your comfortable and well-appointed headquarters for Southern Utah exploration and fun. Bryce and Zion are an easy drive, Cedar Breaks and Kolob Canyons offer closer and quieter options. This is a third-floor corner unit that affords quiet and privacy. There is no elevator.
There is a coin-operated laundry facility located in the complex.
There are fire rings around the complex. Firewood is free and unlimited.
There are charcoal grills located around the complex.
The complex hot tub/spa and sauna is available for guests to use.
Inside "Positive Altitude" you'll find:
-Primary bedroom with a king-size bed with an adjustable base that can also be separated into two twins and ensuite full bathroom
-Bedroom 2 has two queen-size beds
-There is a second full bathroom in the hall for bedroom 2
- The kitchen is well stocked and should have everything you need during your stay. Kitchen amenities include a coffee maker with carafe and k-cup options, electric kettle, crockpot, rice maker, blender, and hand mixer. Brian Head has two small general stores but no large grocery store. If you plan to cook while here, you may want to stock up on your way up the mountain. If you don't feel like cooking, there are a few restaurants in town.

We've been married 26 years and have a very active family with four kids. We both work in education, and we love traveling and the outdoors!
Why they chose this property
We have been all over this country and seen a lot of amazing places but nowhere else is there such a concentration of natural beauty as Southern Utah. Every time of year has something to offer, the views for miles, the kaleidoscope of colors. Brian Head is at the center of it all. And Positive Altitude is our headquarters for four-season outdoor fun. We love spending time here and hope you do too.
What makes this property unique
This condo has just been remodeled and is very well-appointed for as long as you'd want to stay. The third-floor corner location is private and quiet, with no one walking past the doors or windows. The balcony provides wonderful views of Giant Steps and Brian Head Peak and is a fantastic vantage point for both the Independence Day and New Year's Eve fireworks shows. The unit is within walking distance to the Wildflower run and nearby lift as well as the lodge, bar, and restaurants at the foot of the mountain.
